I enjoy the food and service at cracker barrel the people are genuine nice people I have had over 25 years of being spoiled at the cracker barrel in Vero Beach and have been treated like royalty excellent food and service
We have always loved the pancakes and raved about them. However, the last few times we visited for breakfast, the pancakes were not what they used to be. They seem under cooked and soggy. Not crisp around the edges. Wondering if they are still using buttermilk? Also, this last time our pancakes and eggs were cold. We'll try again but hope the new CEO gets the message to concentrate on the food that made Cracker Barrel great!
I really like the food at Cracker Barrel, especially grilled catfish. The retail store is fun. I was a little disappointed that they reversed their stance on updating the restaurant. Would have like a slight refresh to make it brighter & cleaner looking. My biggest gripe is the bathrooms. Definitely need to be updated in Vero Beach, FL
