I've gone 4 days in a row now, finally got the drive-thru girl to smile and be friendly today. Other employees just seem miserable with their jobs, unfortunately ? I won't get donuts or food here they are sloppy with their work. Coffee is good if you are exact with your order. Otherwise, they could care less if you're satisfied. I am an avid Dunkin customer firstly so I hate leaving these types of reviews. Upon arriving in the drive thru I was asked to wait, when the employes were ready to take my order they were rushing me, asking if I was ready when I have a car full(5ppl) no one else behind us. If you don't want to be at work don't come in but having an attitude with customers is completely uncalled for. Your working in customer service waiting on customers is you job.
