Ryan created.a great customer experience for me on this visit, which by far was my best one in this location.
I've been going to Starbucks for many years. Something changed a few years back, around the time of Covid. The coffee is great, but there are many other great coffee's out there. Syarbucks feels today like a fast food joint, get you in and move along. One pet peeve, since covid, the idea of not being able to fix your own coffee is annoying. The drinks at this Starbucks are okay, but the experience is often impacted by one of the workers. The male employee is consistently grumpy and comes across as harsh, which can make the visit less enjoyable. I understand that working in retail isn’t easy, but his attitude really affects the overall experience. The coffee itself is fine, but I wish the service matched the quality of the drinks. A more positive approach would make this location much better.
