“First time here- I wish I would have remembered to take pictures before devouring our food! Our strawberry Fresca was so yummy-very refreshing but not to sweet. Also had the mini pancakes with fresh strawberries, bananas, Nutella, & condensed milk drizzle. It was so good-pancakes were fluffy- perfect amount of toppings. Also had a mango, coconut crepe with condensed milk drizzle which was so flavorful-my favorite!
Such a nice colorful shop, friendly family that owns it. We will be back! Support small & local!
Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is in a power wheelchair and had no problems getting in the door and moving inside. The shop is very large and open inside. There is a large accessible restroom as well“

“I requested a custom picture cake for next day pick up with some pretty specific details. The folks are Carvel Vero were accommodating, helpful, and did an awesome job executing the details. The photo was clear and crisp printed across the whole cake. The cake was a hit at the party. Thank you!“

“We're initially from up north PA where Ritas are every where, we have lived in Vero for a few years now and only recently started coming to this Rita's. We're so glad we found them. My family loves going here! Great location, great staff, super nice owners.. the place is super clean, has a nice variety of flavors every time we stop there. If you're looking for a summer refresher this is the place“

“The food is always great. Service is pretty questionable. Ordered our food (dine in) and sat there for almost 45 minutes, watched 5 different people who got there after us get served. I'm not one to complain about a wait ever but when people who had orders twice the size of us and got there after the fact were served it's a little frustrating. I went up to the register to ask about our food after the employees had done nothing but stare at us and found that my name hadn't been called and my food had been sitting there, in a to-go bag, behind the register. No one was even remotely apologetic and brushed us off like it was nothing. My mother was there and had left 10 minutes before I had and dealt with the SAME thing.. Food was great but holy moly the service was awful.“
