We've been here many times before, always loved it. This time, not so much. Food, as always, excellent. Noise level, due to a large group of women seated in the center of the room, made us have to move from comfortable chairs to a high-top in the bar just to be able to talk to one another. Perhaps large groups need that separate space off to the side that no one ever seems to be dining in. Server was good, but slow to cash us out when we needed to leave. We thought this restaurant was perhaps the best overall in all of Vero. The food was high quality the service was professional and pleasant and if you get reservations ask to be seated by the window where you will get s beautiful view of the ocean.
My husband and I visited Cobalt (sort of on accident) on Labor Day weekend. The host fit us in without a reservation and he was very accommodating! Our waitress, Angelica, knew the menu very well and gave us great recommendations. The service was all around amazing. The food was incredible, and I would highly recommend!
