I called to make a reservation for my wife. I told them it was her birthday and we would be there a 630. At 630 we arrived with our party to be told rudely that our table was given away and we just have to wait until it’s ready again. To top it all off, I told the person who took the reservation about the previous horrible experience we had at Outback for her birthday and they still treated us this way. Went to Vero Beach Outback for a 3 year anniversary of being breast cancer free. Placed order at 6:10.
Yes, it was busy on a Saturday evening. However, at 7pm, after not receiving our food but watching 2 tables, one who was seated after us, receive their food, we said enough. The waiter told the manager who promptly showed up tableside to tell us our food would be right out. We said just cash us out for the drinks and we left.

Food cold, overpriced and steak is tough! Took forever to come. People are carrying trays of food to tables on their shoulders with long hair draped over and in the food. watched this happen numerous times with two different servers 🤢🤮🤢 Our server was great though!
