“We ordered carry out last night and it was the best we've tasted in Vero. Our order consisted of Sweet & Sour Chicken, General Tso's and Crab Rangoon. Also ordered side salad with ginger dressing. Both entrees had light breading, high-quality chicken breast with light (not your typical) sweet and sour sauce. General Tso's sauce was freshly made to order and delicious. They actually asked how spicey I wanted it when we ordered. Crab Rangoon was made with light wonton wrap and you could actually taste crab. It wasn't crazy sweet like most you find locally. I loved it. Service was fast (10 min), staff were crazy nice and everyone was hustling! Inside only has a handful of small tables, so definitely a take-out for our family, but they do also have a few tables outside by the road. Not my cup of tea, so we'll just do carry out, but I'm fine with that! It's my family's new go-to for sure!“

“Saigon Sushi reopened today Aug 20th from a brief closure for renovations.. The food and service were fabulous. Always great to have Hunny as a server. I had the sushi shashimi dinner and Cheryl the chicken teriyaki. Cheryl and I both highly recommend giving it a try“

No other place in Vero is as good. The quality of sushi from Kata Japanese is excellent. Service is extremely polite, and the ambiance is relaxing!
