I have no complaints about the food. I enjoyed my meal. My husband and kids did, too.

My complaint is regarding the open gratuity.

I've never been anywhere that charged an open gratuity for groups of 4+. Most places require a higher number before adding on gratuity. I don't recall seeing a notice regarding the added gratuity on their menu, anywhere in the restaurant, nor was it mentioned by the server. So, if you're a family of 4, please be aware of this.

Placed an order by mistake. Called them to cancel within a minute of realizing the mistake and they said they can't refund the money - but offered to not make the food.

They might be good if you go the restaurant but expect zero customer service if you place an order online.

HORRIBLE. Extremely rude from the time of walking through the door. We arrived a hour+ before they closed, the lady with the glasses/dark hair rolled her eyes at us when we walked in, grabbed the menus as if she was about to seat us then turned to us and said “you can only order out”. We are confused because 1. There is customers inside and 2. You are closing in more than a hour and 3. You were just about to seat us then changed your mind after rolling your eyes at us that we arrived? I wouldn’t order here with these low vibration people. Recommend no one else does either. If only zero stars was a option

Ay Jalisco is one of the best restaurants in Vero Beach. I had the spinach enchiladas Verde last night. Every single thing that comes out of that kitchen is a work of culinary art. The beans. Salsa. Each recipe. They know what they're doing.

We love fajitas, but our fajita was blah, meat looked like it was cooked 5 hrs ago and onions and peppers were hardly grilled , just didn't meet our standards .
