For Mexican restaurants in Vero Beach, Ay Jalisco is pretty good overall. It may not be the very best Mexican food I’ve ever had, but the convenience of their locations around town is a big plus. I’ve never had an issue with the food, and the atmosphere and service have generally been solid. I’d rate it 3 stars: it’s decent—not amazing, but definitely not bad. The service isn’t outstanding, but it’s not terrible either. I think most people who eat here will walk away feeling like they had a pretty good meal.
The service was amazing, Hernando was fantastic with great energy! Prices were also fantastic!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Terrible customer service, claim they’re open until 10 but they leave there phone off the hook so you can’t call after 9:30. How do you expect to run a business and make money? Please stop with the false advertising And let your loyal customers know the actual time your kitchen doesn’t feel like taking orders anymore. I won’t be returning to this location for that reason.
