This place is so special because the food is fresh, authentic, and delicious. The service makes you feel like family. My husband had a milestone birthday and everyone had a wonderful time. The staff was accommodating. Manny, bartender extraordinaire, creates best margaritas ever, made everything perfect.(Not an easy task for party of 16 and kids!!! ) We love Ay Jalisco on U.S 1 Vero Beach! Thank you!
What a nice place to come eat. Service is on point and fast. Ask for Ponce as server, highly recommend it. They serve your food and drinks super fast. Our kids love this place, ["there is a train going around and the kids get excited to see it passing by"]

We visited to celebrate a birthday, with a larger party. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We were warmly greeted. All meals were cooked to perfection. The staff was great and we received EXCELLENT service! I highly recommend this restaurant for your next meal out!
