I would give it a 5 because the pizza was AMAZING, but the customer service was delivery took quite a while on a Tuesday.

Horrible customer service on the phone!! Took an hour and a half to get to our house. THE PIZZA WAS COLD!!! It's a shame because the pizza was amazing. I'd rather give my money to your competitors! The owner should re-train the managers on down to the people answering the phone. they have zero phone skills!

Worst customer service EVER. Wanted all the toppings of the white pizza on the mama Lino style crust. I’ve done it before. They said they won’t do it. I’m happy business is so great you’ll turn customers away, but with that crappy service it won’t be long. Go to Pizzoodles. Best customer experience and better quality ingredients anyways.

Wish we would've read the reviews before we went here. We have had big Apple Pizza in the past from other locations and always been relatively pleased. However, this location is beyond awful. The service was terrible, with the girl was being extremely abrasive and rude. We were not treated with respect. Will not spend our hard earned money at a place that treats people in such a terrible manner. Overall, the food was not very good. The sauce had absolutely no taste, very bland. The garlic knots were undercooked and lacked flavor also. Would not recommend and will not go back.

This place is so bad from the food, to service to cleanliness. For starters, a few of the people working there have the worst attitudes. Just outright nasty and rude. The blonde with the big stomach has some serious anger issues. She does nothing but yelling and talk down to employees and customers. Absolutely no people skills what so ever. She needs some intense anger management and certainly should not work with the public. Secondly, the place is dirty, smells bad and the floor and tables are all sticky. Clearly, no sanitation practices going on were the food is being prepared. Finally, the food is just not good and way over priced. Our pizza was burnt, salad was not fresh and chicken wings were greasy bones and grizzle.

It was OK. Their prices were good so I had to give it a try. I got 2 slices to go, one sicilian style and one napolitana style. I enjoyed how the thick crust was made, but overall the pizza was a bit lacking in flavor. I think their sauce could use some quick.

I went for pickup. My order was done on time. As far as the food I wasn't impressed. The salted cheesecake was the best thing I ate. Greasy unbaked garlic knots. Lousy mozzarella sticks. Same brand as Arby's. The pizza was bitter. The sauce wasn't good and they barely cut the pizza. Dough was mushy and lacked any crisp. Sorry not good and won't return.

I ordered some wings today the taste was good but the amount of gristle contained by the wings made them hard to eat. I won't be ordering from Big Apple Pizza again
We enjoyed a 16 inch cheese pizza! It was delicious and tasted just like pizza’s we get in New York and New Jersey! I would not hesitate to try it again when in town.

Tried to call to place an order I got hung up on twice and after sitting on hold for a total of 30 minutes I was told that they were closed. When I tried to talk to the owner he told me to stop talking to him. I just wanted to make sure I had the correct company and that I wasn’t calling the wrong place. I will never order from here and now after reading the reviews I guess I’m thankful for the order not being able to be placed. It’s a shame that this owner has no respect for their clientele and I hope that Big Apple Pizza would have much better service offered that what was offered today. This was horrible to have an owner yell at me on the phone and tell me I was talking rude to him when he wouldn’t even let me speak. He just wanted to talk over me. On the hunt for a new pizza shop as were new to the area.

We have gotten Pizza to go from this location for many years. Today we ordered a Large Cheese Pizza with Extra Cheese and a Large Salad. The Cheese Pizza was terrible and appeared to be a reheated Pizza that was sitting around for quite a while. The Crust was very dry and the Pizza was lukewarm at best. I called the store and spoke with a female manager. I told her about my concern and she denied that it could be a reheated pizza. In any case, she said I could bring the Pizza back and they would make another one. I drove back to the store and brought the bad pizza in to her as requested. She looked at it and said it looked like it should. She remarked that half of it was gone and there were two and a half slices gone because I had thrown them away since we had bitten into them. They gave me the new pizza and as I was walking out the door she said very sarcastically to enjoy my free half of pizza. The new Pizza was good as it usually is. It was freshly made and tasted that way. I will not be going to this location anymore due to the way I was treated.

I tried to order a pizza tonight and was told that the Oslo location closed permanently and my call was forwarded to the store on route 60 that could not service my address... oh well there goes the only good pizza place that serviced my area... really is poor taste for them to randomly forward the call to a different store. At least have a recording saying the store is closed that way I’m not expecting to get dinner delivered
