Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our server Mark seemed overwhelmed and was hard to get a hold of, making it difficult to place our order. When we finally did, the order arrived incorrect, and to top it off, we were charged for something we didn’t even order. The servers here are usually a bit iffy, but today it really crossed a line. Overall, the lack of attention and mistakes made the visit frustrating. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but it left us feeling dissatisfied

I scheduled their bunker patio for our group of 24. They assigned one server to the entire party. Honestly, he did a fantastic job. My food was inedible and had to be refired. The replacement took close to 30 minutes to arrive and wasn't a lot better. My reason for the 3 star rating is that in the entire time our group was there, not one member of management bothered to check with us, acknowledge our presence or thank us for the business. When the event coordinator checked with me the next day, I advised her of the above. She responded that she would forward my comment to management. I expected someone to care enough to reach out, but that hasn't happened, nor do I expect it since it's now been 10 days. I wasn't asking for, or expecting anything for free, but having scheduled large groups at many facilities in the past, this is the first time I feel that they didn't care if we were there or not. Our next get together will almost certainly be elsewhere.

Food and beverage service was slow, only one 2 people working for both floors. Took over 20 min to get a water and was going to order food but never saw the server again. Choose your time to go wisely.

We had a great time for my nephew's birthday 🎂
However, I gave only 3 stars for these reasons: 1) arrived early, hoping to get breakfast. Sat at bar 20 min waiting to get served only to be told breakfast ended 5 min ago. 😡 And that they probably were out of everything anyway
2) There were no real instructions on how to play. We were left to figure it out on our own.
3) Afterward, I wanted to buy my nephew a drink for his birthday. I ordered 2 drinks and got charged for the whole party's drinks. By the time I got bartenders attention, they thanked me, so it was too awkward to correct then.
P.s. you should consider putting a few benches on your putting course for the older/ disabled folks
Despite all that, we had a great time and would recommend Big Shots

Drinks were garabage. Their old-fashioned was absolutely horrible not only did they bring it to me in a glass that was less than 8 ounces but I was charged well over $10 for it…. my God the bars in Vero Beach suck.
Server was awesome zanzari I want to say was her name she was great
The atmosphere was very inviting .
I would visit again but I will not get a drink from the bar that bartender sucks

Great friends/ family outing. My only complaint is they need to keep those huge fans dusted off. For people who have allergies can be affected by it. I couldn’t have the greatest potential of enjoyment because of them.

The fact there not different tee heights for the driver to wood to irons is just lazy. Pay way to much money to not be able to hit clubs you want off the tee. 5 dolllora for a beer is just criminal

Staff was very nice, helpful and polite. We did not order food because we went after we had a dinner elsewhere.
The waitress was still very very nice for bringing my family water.
Had a wonderful time and made memories with my family.
