Waited 15 Mins in drive through got fed up of waiting cars were backing out went inside 20 min wait for 2 poppers and fries complained to the manager who said it was because they had an order for 12 Texas woppers
Weak excuse as I had been the previous day and took nearly 20mins buy could not get out of drive through line will not use again

The lady Tina working the drive thru is just awful. No hello or greeting, just stuck out food to me and no have a good day nothing. I sat there and checked my order and was missing items. Waited a few minutes for her to acknowledge me. Once she finally did he polite acknowledgement was what’s the matter in such a crude manor. Not someone I would want representing my business.

I can't believe how nasty the fish sandwich was and the cost! $10 for a tiny, grease laden block of fish, fries were good, not homemade lemonade. The fish couldn't be eaten-didnt fit bun-rock hard and almost just breading.

The Diligent Gardener

We ordered on the mobile app and when we got there, they told us they had no burgers whatsoever that all I had was chicken, fish or just more chicken. We ended up getting two sandwiches and we had already ordered another chicken sandwich for a third person, but assuming they had chicken and assuming they knew that we had ordered a chicken sandwich already, you would’ve thought that that would’ve been the first thing in the bag. Well, that sandwich was completely missing the mozzarella cheese. Sticks were so hard I’m pretty sure they were hollow in the middle

I have gotten that sandwich at other Burger Kings and it was great. This particular Burger King is awful. This is the second time I tried this Burger King and it was awful again.

I was told by me employee outside at 840 hanging with friends that they were closed. I pulled around thru drive thru to exit and asked the man at the window if they were closed and he looked very puzzled and said no. Then went back to the girl I’m assuming and then returned saying yeah they were closing. At 840?

I was waiting in the front cashier to be attended. Just one costumer at the time. After 5 minutes waiting, i just decided to leave and cross the street to Mc Donalds. No service at all.
