We ordered on the mobile app and when we got there, they told us they had no burgers whatsoever that all I had was chicken, fish or just more chicken. We ended up getting two sandwiches and we had already ordered another chicken sandwich for a third person, but assuming they had chicken and assuming they knew that we had ordered a chicken sandwich already, you would’ve thought that that would’ve been the first thing in the bag. Well, that sandwich was completely missing the mozzarella cheese. Sticks were so hard I’m pretty sure they were hollow in the middle

I have gotten that sandwich at other Burger Kings and it was great. This particular Burger King is awful. This is the second time I tried this Burger King and it was awful again.

I was told by me employee outside at 840 hanging with friends that they were closed. I pulled around thru drive thru to exit and asked the man at the window if they were closed and he looked very puzzled and said no. Then went back to the girl I’m assuming and then returned saying yeah they were closing. At 840?

This to me has gotta fall on poor management/training. The kid at the drive through was super nice and helpful but the Whoppers made very poorly. Absurd amount of mayo, no lettuce,…. it was just not even close to how it should be, from the way too many whoppers I’ve eaten over the years…Milk shake machine was down too. Total bummer.

On such an incredibly busy day before a hurricane, we went thru a long line at the drive thru and had the BEST experience! Jakeem Everett went out of her way to be extremely pleasant, polite and provided attention to every detail of our order. This young lady deserves a shout out, promotion and raise! Thankyou for a great lunch today!

I wish I had gotten the name of the two women at the drive thru, they were the nicest, most pleasant employees I have come across at any fast food stop in a long time! One of them asked if I wanted a crown and I first said no but then said yes, mentioning that I was going to try and get a photo of one of my dogs wearing it (only 1 out of 3 cooperated!) and here’s Marty wearing his crown after his cheeseburger and fries!

I was delighted surprised going through the drive thru on Monday, August 26th at 2:30 pm. The employee's working the window were very pleasant and the food was hot...even the French fries ?
