I strongly believe this location needs new management and team members. I have given this location multiple chances. They have gotten many orders wrong. Terrible customer service. Hygiene concerns. A truly disappointing experience every time I visit.

I did the drive-thru. BK fries are not my favorite fast food fries but are good. The limited offer Melts are fantastic. My condiment requests were not correct, but it's fast food. I'd be shocked if everything was perfect...lol

They didn't have any spoons. And they didn't put my wife's chicken nuggets in the bag. And we didn't find out till we were 5 miles away. She looked in the bag real quick and thought she saw him and they weren't there. We had 3 kids with us. So I know we should have checked before we left, but still

My husband used their restroom and said the floor was so greasy he almost slipped and fell. The coke freestyle machine was out of a lot of beverages and the dining room area floors were sticky. My husband said the tortilla for his breakfast burrito tasted off like it was old, had a moldy flavor to it, so he opened it and only ate the eggs and hashbrowns. Whoever closed didn't do a good job cleaning. Morning crew however was attentive . That was the only plus to this experience.

Took 20min standing at the counter before my order was taken. After ordering (what they were not out of) they took another 30min to prepare my food. Should've just went to Bob Evans!

Never received the order, got no response from staff at drive thru and window. Ignoring me and others, many other customers left the line. was stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes and at that point gave up and went elsewhere.

Pulled into line, waited five minutes at the speaker. No attempt to take an order. Attempted to back out, cars behind me so stuck in the line. Half hour wait to be able to get out of the line

Was in the drive thru for 20 mins, no one ever came to the speaker to take our order. Was then trapped in the drive thru for another 20 mins just to try and leave. Long build of cars, no one getting anything.
The workers stand around and talk instead of working, rude, waited way too long for a burger, dirty as all get out. Never coming back!
