Employees don’t care what you order you get what they give you. Woman with beard must have hearing problem. Fries were not cooked well and shake machine was down before 7. This place sucks!! Threw all the food in the garbage waist of money in my opinion.

Very clean space! The floors are swept and the tables are clean.

This is probably the fastest fast food place I've been to in a while without being served stale or otherwise cold, already prepared food.

The lady on shift, Amber, was genuinely friendly and seemed to like her job too. Great customer service.

Menu price doesn’t match the price they actually charge . When I pointed it out to the manager , she said we don’t control the menu, that’s corporate. We can only ring up the price that’s on our register. The price is a medium frozen drink is $1.79 on the menu, but rings up $1.99. That might not seem like a big deal however, they are false advertising !! When you bring a whole baseball team to get a frozen drink and food to shouldn’t have to pay more than what’s shown on the menu! And when you point it out to the manager they should correct it , I also have no control over what they are advertising, and it shouldn’t be the customer who gets the poor end of the deal !

I really want to give this location more stars, but they’ll have to earn it. Overall, it’s a very clean facility as it should be considering it’s empty. The prices are like everything else these days, high - an impossible whopper, medium fry and small drink $14.08. The upside to a slower-than-usual fast-food experience is the meal was freshly made. I feel for this location, it deserves to be lively. I assume their drive thru business is thriving. Their huge parking lot could easily be setup with a fair or market on weekends. Kudos to the staff, clearly bored, keep busy in spite of the lack of customers.

My husband was in Burger King on 20th and 58th to pick up a uber order and there were 2 older gentleman's in line paying. The manager Jenn was very rude to the men. They were vets that have served this country and dont deserve that kind of treatment. One of the men thought they ordered 2 burger meals because his total came to $8 something. Instead of explaining to him she was rude. He was an elderly man. Sorry for the rant.

The only reason I came in today was because McDonald's drive thru was broken. But they have .99 ¢ coffee ☕ and great breakfast specials !!. How does BK charge 1.70 for a small coffee. 👎. On the upside the bathroom and interior was clean and peaceful. 👍

Insanely waited over 30 minutes. Still four cars in front of me. What is happening here? I realize it's lunch time but cars were not moving. Crazy.

Can’t “Have It Your Way” at this Burger King. They can’t get an order right to save their life! Either the food is not as ordered or something’s missing. One of the saddest BKs I’ve been to. And the wait is ridiculous! Intercoms been broken for like a year…and only been here 3 times in the last 12 months and it’s still awful. I have a very sad kid that order a plain cheese burger but it had everything on it!😡 I’m done with this location for good.

Ordered 2 Whopper Jr. 2/$5 with specific omissions of condiments/pickles. When we got home, they were NOT as ordered. Additionally, we waited almost 20 minutes in line at the drive through. When we got to window to pay, we asked if the items to be omitted were correct and told that they were. Tried calling to speak with the manager, but message said that the mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message. I want a call back and a full refund. Will be following up with Corporate.
