Ordered chicken nuggets and 2 chocolate shakes. I paid at the first window, and when I got to the second window, there was total confusion. I was asked 3 times by 3 different people what I my order was, and then told to pull around to the front door. After 10-12 minutes and still didn't get our order, I just left and disputed the charge on my card. Not even a remote chance I'd ever waste my time with this place.

Two people working in the entire restaurant waited 15 minutes poor guy that was working behind the counter was doing both the window and the front and they had one cook I didn't feel confident I'd have my food in time so I just left and went across the street to McDonald's even though I'm not crazy about their food I did get my food in about 6 minutes

Employee need to be fired and new ones need to be hire and need a new manager I will never come back to another Burger King again the McDonald’s is across from there whole deal never go back again i wouldn’t even let a dog go there. The girl employee said to leave so we leave.

Nice place but man that fiery sprite really messed me up. Made me feel like I drank the Mississippi Queen from regular show
People don't seem to want to be there. They are kind, they just stare and wait to see you will make the first move. The food comes out sloppy, which shows no pride taken in what one is doing.

This is not the BK you want to stop by if you're on your lunch break or in any kind of rush whatsoever. If you have a lot of time to sit and wait, this is your place to stop!!
Drive thru gets backed up and takes an unnecessary amount of time to get your food through the drive thru.

This is an awful Burger King. When I entered about 10 am, there were 2 workers in the lobby. Neither acknowledged me - they stood there chatting & then went outside to hang with friends. Finally, someone from the back came out. My food did not taste fresh. This place needs a manager to get the employees to work. This was shameful!!

The cashier never once acknowledged me, she was constantly focused on everything around her. When asking about using rewards, she was obviously to my inquiry. I have never been to a slower Burger King in my life. Fast food. Not here.

I had a bad experience last night, 03/8/24 11.15 pm. I have spent $17.00 last night on my food but all of them are dry. They supposed to make the original chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets fresh but the one I got is super dry and hard and disgusting. I ordered 16 pieces of chicken nuggets and one had a GUM on it.??????I told her that I need some extra sauce, she just throw them to the bag.I don't know they treated me like that because of im a INDIAN and they make fun on me they never care about there customers, and we have to wait like more than 15 minutes to get food. They never and enough mayonnaise and they don't even wanna look at it ?. Poor customer service disgusting people. This burger King hardly ever get customers but still they cannot give them a proper service. Burger King is a billion dollar company but if you continue to have a employees like this it's not good for the company reputation. I believe that you guys take a actio on this✌️.

This restaurant used to be a franchisee. It is being run by Burger King themselves. Now. These franchises the lobby and dining area were dirty. The employees were extremely slow and the drink machine over half of the selections were empty and and just the same as it was when the franchisee owned

I got food in the drive thru 3/7/24 1:45PMI was gonna let this slide because they were obviously understaffed and I’ve been in those shoes, and the food was yummy, but I do have food poisoning now. I was waiting for a few minutes at the drive thru and said only “Hello?” into the speaker box and was promptly yelled at. When I was at the window waiting for my food, the voice that yelled at me was from the man working window. He had an unsettling, angry attitude. I was listening to him curse at his coworkers and complain about the place. I understand the stress of working understaffed and underpaid, but why are you yelling at me? Why are you being so nasty? It’s just unkind and selfish, man. There was also hair in my fries. I hope this crew gets adequately staffed and paid soon because no one deserves this treatment on their lunch break in a drive thru.
