These people suck at service. Have continuously given benefits of doubt and have been gracious about the amount of times they have messed up orders and skip at the Mike/menu. Sticking to Micky D’s across the street where they know what they’re doing!!!!!

This Burger King Location seem to not be able to hire competent employees every since it open. It’s obvious of the customer service and the handling of the food they don’t want to work. When there is no customers the whole crew step out of the back door to smoke cigarettes instead of cleaning the lobby area windows for one thing. I really don’t think this Burger is going be open to much longer. Food presentation looks like they are feeding dogs from the streets. What a great location for a Burger King lobby and drive Thur food Service that just not manage right. Fired everyone. How can one mess of a Whopper Sandwich?

Microwaving food, staff smoking by entry door, bad attitudes.. It's got it all
Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was hard and overcooked. Tasted like it was old and they just threw it back in the fryer. Same thing with the fries.

Very clean restaurant and the food was prepared exactly as requested. The French fries were fried perfectly and hot at serving. The restaurant, the food and the staff were definetly 100 percent improved from my last visit.
