Went out for dinner for the first time in two years and found that the restaurant was like a refrigerator. It was colder inside the restaurant than outside the restaurant. They had the air going and a back door open for takeout orders which made the place freezing they could’ve at least put something up to prevent the cold breeze from coming in and put the air up. I don’t go out to dinner much because of the expense, but that was the most disappointing night Who needed air-conditioning last night? It was warmer outside the restaurant then inside I packaged my food up and left my four friends suffered through it but by the time I got my check to leave, my friends will finish with dinner so nightmare night hell of a way to start the new year.

Second time around and blown away by the food and the attentive service by the staff. John the manager was extremely friendly and was highly aware of how to exemplify great customer experience. If you're in the area this is a must to place for quality food and chill vibe.

We love coming here. Everyone always leaves saying that food was really good. And today, as we were eating, my freind calls from the hospital in an emergency. She had been there since the morning and was asking if we could bring her a bite to eat. The manager at Carabbas heard our conversation and offered to give us her meal on the house. Truly amazing manager. His name is John Tuckleberry. So thoughtful and kind. Not only did we leave once again saying that food was really good, great service… but also WOW! That was one of the best restaurant managers we have ever encountered! Truly memorable experience at Carabbas in Vero Beach!

We love the menu at Carrabba's but sometimes the service is sub par but not when we have our favorite server, you know the guy who has seen you coming and already has what you and the wife like. Trust us for a great experience and food that is to die for then go to this amazing Carrabba's, ask for Jeff's section....thank us later. YumWow

I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and I sent it back because it was tasteless the manager came over to the table and noticed I haven't eaten it again and asked if he could cook it himself I said sure but, it was still bad so he comped the meal and I vowed never to go back. I ate at one in Orlando and it was delicious I don't know what happened here in Vero.

A huge disappointment! I ordered take out from the bar. My husband and I are typically fans of Carrabas. The Chicken Brian was hard & dry--we could barely cut it with a steak knife!!! And Mama Mandola's Chicken soup must have sat on the flat top for a week-- it condensed down to something that was so salty that it wasn't even edible🤮. This location gives the Carrabas chain a bad name. PS the bread was good🙄 Gino, behind the bar was friendly & professional.
