Second time around and blown away by the food and the attentive service by the staff. John the manager was extremely friendly and was highly aware of how to exemplify great customer experience. If you're in the area this is a must to place for quality food and chill vibe.

We love coming here. Everyone always leaves saying that food was really good. And today, as we were eating, my freind calls from the hospital in an emergency. She had been there since the morning and was asking if we could bring her a bite to eat. The manager at Carabbas heard our conversation and offered to give us her meal on the house. Truly amazing manager. His name is John Tuckleberry. So thoughtful and kind. Not only did we leave once again saying that food was really good, great service… but also WOW! That was one of the best restaurant managers we have ever encountered! Truly memorable experience at Carabbas in Vero Beach!

Olivia our waitress.attentive, pleasant we asked a lot of questions she was delightful.
I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and I sent it back because it was tasteless the manager came over to the table and noticed I haven't eaten it again and asked if he could cook it himself I said sure but, it was still bad so he comped the meal and I vowed never to go back. I ate at one in Orlando and it was delicious I don't know what happened here in Vero.

A huge disappointment! I ordered take out from the bar. My husband and I are typically fans of Carrabas. The Chicken Brian was hard & dry--we could barely cut it with a steak knife!!! And Mama Mandola's Chicken soup must have sat on the flat top for a week-- it condensed down to something that was so salty that it wasn't even edible🤮. This location gives the Carrabas chain a bad name. PS the bread was good🙄 Gino, behind the bar was friendly & professional.

The woman who bought my food out to me was just awesome. She Insured I had everything I needed. Times have been tough lately, so I’ve been craving Carrabba’s for a while and finally had a little extra to get some and it was not a disappointment! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal at Carrabba’s so thank you all for your hard work. I was in the business for 27 years and even a manager for Outback Steakhouse so I know it’s a tough industry. Thanks again, great job!
