I went in on a Friday, and am Catholic so could not have meat as this is during lent. I ordered 2 peanut butter and banana sandwhiches in hopes to make a quick return to the beach, but waited 25minutes. It is not busy, and there are at least 5 employees in the back kitchen area. I was asked what my name and number was when I asked about my food but nobody ever asked me for my name or assigned me a number. Disorganized, and 25MINUTES FOR PEANUT BUTTER ON BREAD?!?!

Coffee is great, I’ve been coming to Chelsea’s for a few years now. Really disappointed in the customer service this morning. One of the baristas was incredibly rude for no reason at all. I understand people have bad days, but the attitude was uncalled for.

I have to start with the donut like croissants...awful. The muffins are the best in the area, sandwiches are good but don't call those things croissants...I will never purchase a croissant at this location...Importico in Ft Pierce has awesome croissants. We were so disappointed with the croissants, we through them away.

I hate to write this because I am a big supporter of local businesses, but I guess enough is enough. The staff, with one or two exceptions are in need of significant customer service training…maybe just start with acknowledging a patron’s presence when they’re standing in front of you! I appreciate the order completed well within the stated time, but when you sacrifice cooking it all the way, that is a problem. Season is coming and if these simple things can be addressed now, it will make it better for everyone. I realize there is no “perfect” establishment, but the last 5 or 6 times just kept getting worse. I hope things change soon, I used to love this place!

Best coffee in Vero. I always get a 16 oz whole milk vanilla bean latte iced. They make their syrup in house with raw sugar and fresh ingredients and it sure hits the spot. I love to build my own sandwich there and the ingredients are top quality. Super good price for the quality. All their milks are organic and their big latte is only $5.75 with syrup. I’m used to seeing $7-8 lattes everywhere else that aren’t organic and don’t make the syrups themselves. I love the Amazonian bowl too! I get it with plant based protein and pitaya (dragon fruit) instead of açaí
Parking: There’s lots of parking out behind Chelsea’s
