This is the worst chickfila location I have ever been too. The wait times are dreadful. Chickfila is known for long, but efficient, lines. This one has short lines and yet you're still waiting 10 minutes. If the food was good, I wouldn't hold it against them. However, the food is unbelievably greasy. The hashbrowns in the picture I got a refund on because they were inedible. I didn't write a review in case it was a one time thing, but it was not. I don't think this location is even a year old, yet. Maybe they're finding their legs. Hopefully things improve, but as it stands now, I think I am done eating here.

I don’t know what idiot woke up and said “oh let’s go to Chick-fil-A without a dine in only make it drive-through and mobile window carry out” that is so stupid. Their service sucks. Their wait time is awful. waited for 26 minutes at the window and still never got my order. I had to tell them to cancel it because I had to go to work. This is absolutely insane mind you the line wasn’t even that long in the drive-through. they cannot follow instructions when it comes to a special order. It’s like get it how it comes if you want the best service cause that is not gonna take off no cheese for you. This about the worst franchise ever. Whoever the owner is need to rethink this establishment again!

In times like this I really wish google had a ZERO star option. This is really ridiculous how you can pay like 50 bucks to feed 2 people and still not get what you order. Me and my wife ordered 2 combos from chick fil a and only got one of them. She was livid and I wouldn't eat in front of her so I wait while she contacts the door customer service only to hit a dead end. Then we travel across town to the actual store itself just for them to replace what was missing and tell us that the other combo which is now cold isn't there problem. I was charged for a delivery that made that me go the store anyway and had to eat cold food in order to dine with my irritated partner. I pleaded for them to take the untouched food back and give me fresh food but they told me no multiple times. Money I wish I would have kept...

I love the mobile order only lane! No one in Vero seems to use it and I always skip past cars waiting in the normal line. This location is a strange choice for a second location in our county (I would’ve picked Sebastian), but it’s more convenient for me personally and way less busy than the Route 60 location.

Kerrie is IT! Let me tell you, last week I placed an order on the app for the wrong location! It wasn’t until after I was in the drive thru for a minute before I realized. Once I had been parked and Kerrie approached, I told him what I had done and said I will reorder and go back through the drive thru so I didn’t hold them up any longer but he insisted I just reorder and he will do the rest and bring it to me and sure enough he did. Fast forward to today, I visit the drive thru again and his incredibly pleasant self says to me “Hi Miss Katie!” And I thought it was SO sweet that he remembered my name! Excellent attention to detail and memory!
