Chili's has always been a favorite of ours but today it was absolutely horrible. We ordered the new mozzarella rectangles. The grease that came out was absolutely disgusting. The ancho salmon was so dry it was crusty and it wasn't breaded. And the taste, almost like canned Tuna. It came with rice and it was crunchy. So disappointed. 20 bucks for salmon tuna. The quality of food is in the toilet.

Order a to go order and drove 30 mins back home to find it was missing 1/3 of my order. Very unhappy

Well haven’t been to chilies in years and don’t know when I’ll return. Got a smash burger and tortilla soup and the burger came with fries. Got it Togo and the fries were horrendous the burger was not anything to Wrightson’s home about. The soup was ok. Atmosphere was ok. Don’t know if I will return.

Food has been great lately except what is going on with the corn on the cob? Chilis used to have the absolute best corn on the cob but the last few times we have ordered it from this location it looks questionable as to if even safe to eat and has a weird wet dog smell. Scared to eat it once again... I keep ordering it thinking it was a fluke but 3 times aint a fluke! Check on that process or storage or something... everything else was great! We love the Nashville hot cheese! Hope it stays....

Overcooked steak, bland food, nonexistent service. An embarrassing experience. 90 bucks for 8 chicken nuggets, food not cooked to order, one mild margarita with a shooter, and a nonexistent waitress. Never again and you shouldn't bother either.

Too much to explain. The waiter (Aaron) was not polite. He argued with us over our order. Whenhe was talking to me, I could smell alcohol on his breath like he had been drinking. He had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all. The food was good, though.

The AC was over our table, I asked 3 times if it was possible tonturn off because my food get cold to fast, and outside the temperature was in 58⁰F, there was no reason to have the AC on, but nobody in the staff pay me attention.

My niece got sick eating here. Redneck manager didn't even wash his hands when he went in the kitchen and plated my food. Disgusting place. Won't be back

My recent Chili's delivery experience was nothing short of bizarre. It turns out my food was actually prepared, but then vanished into thin air! I only learned of this culinary vanishing act thanks to the driver assigned to my order, who contacted me to say that my food was inexplicably gone when they arrived to pick it up.
Apparently, another driver had swiped my order, leaving me with nothing but an empty stomach and a growing sense of disbelief. When I contacted Chili's, the manager seemed utterly unconcerned by this mix-up, offering no apology or solution. It took escalating the issue to the General Manager to finally get some action.
This whole ordeal, from the initial order to finally receiving my food, took over an hour and a half. While I commend the driver for their honesty and initiative, the restaurant's apathetic response and the ridiculous delay are simply unacceptable. Chili's, you need to get a grip on your order management and customer service. This disappearing food act has left me beyond frustrated, and I won't be risking another order anytime soon.

I was at Chilis 12/17 around 3:45pm and my cousin slipped on the floor in the bathroom, reported to the waitress and manager, and was very upset with the response. The response from the manager was "we didn't feel anything because we are required to wear non-skid shoes. Are you okay?" They didn't offer to comp anything, didn't fill out paperwork, and never came back for a second check on her, especially after being reassured that she wouldn't sue. We were very unimpressed with the lack of customer service provided by management and the fact that we spent over 60$ and there wasn't even an apology. They should try harder to make things right when customers get hurt at their establishment. Definitely make sure you wear non-slip shoes when in the bathroom and you won't feel it.
