I am a loyal customer I always enjoy the food but I don’t know when I will come back while standing in line and looking closely there is a lot of cobwebs and dust even over the food when you look over eye level and if that’s the cleanliness of the dining area where everyone can see I question the kitchen

I ordered a quesadilla that usually comes with a side of chips and salsa as well as a side of sour cream. My quesadilla was amazing as always, however i ordered to go and after given my meal i had left back to work. I was missing my side of sour cream, my chips and salsa. Surprisingly this has happened before to me. The employees also had not the greatest attitude! They looked miserable and didn't really interact with customers or keep eye contact. just was very disappointed because I truly love the food here but those mistakes and bad attitudes can deter customers away / not to return.

Love going here! It is similar to Chipotle but the food tastes better and is not excessively spicy like that other restaurant is. Also, Chronic Taco has a very clean dining area!!

Half the portion size and double the price compared to chipotle. Tortillas are bought from Walmart and they’re literally pulling them out of the package in front of you. Meat is dry and overcooked. This is not authentic Mexican food by any standard.
The staff was very unenthusiastic and seemed like you were a hassle, just being there. Rude…. They made me feel like I inconvenience them to ask for a side of salsa with my burrito.
The ambience is great, but due to the food quality being substandard at best and the rude/lethargic staff, I would never recommend. You’re better off going down to the chipotle a block away from here. Over $20 for a subpar burrito that could be made at home a small cup of queso with chips and a fountain drink. Very disappointing.

Pre ordered online for a 6:15 pm pickup,got there on time took bag,got home tacos were ice cold as if they were made as soon as I called it in and been sitting for hrs and a sloppy mess,called no help. Very disappointed.
