Another great evening at Cobalt! Angelica's service was perfect and the food was delish as always!
An amazing experience! The dining room was freezing, which forced us outside where it was warmer. An Event next store created an amazing ambiance with great music. The food was amazing, scallops and tuna slaw dishes. Cobalt never seems to disappoint! Another great experience!
Great food! Had the short rib and it's sooo good! Skirt steak was awesome! Shout out to Mike in the kitchen- he's a gem. Best of luck to Adam, our waiter in training and his terrific mentor. We dined outdoors and it was a glorious evening by the ocean. Highly recommend
Beautiful View, Beautiful building. It ends there. Food was cold, burger dry, omelet like a pre packaged fast food, salmon tacos, tasteless, service slow, waitress mind was elsewhere. Freezing indoors and too sunny outside. Sat. Brunch. Tip eat elsewhere walk on beach
Our experience was absolutely incredible..My family and I were celebrating a special occasion and our waiter Jonathan Quiñones made that our evening a magnificent moment.. The food was delicious.
Great service-simple, perfectly prepared salmon and asparagus. Delicious glass of Chablis. Loved sitting outside in the evening.
A great place for an afternoon drink, appetizers and a great view of the ocean. Can be breezy at times but that’s part of the attraction; yes, you are on the coast. We spend a month or two each year in Vero. And, we have visited this bar several times a year the past couple years and will continue to do so. A very relaxing time.

Good food and service, however it felt portion sizes and general value for what was served was a little over priced.

We were a party of four that ordered two Delmonico steaks that were ordered medium rare. They were served to us well done… upon saying something to the sever they remade them at best medium. Our sides were left out to get cold. Never during the entire night did a manager or anyone come to our table to check on our party.
Additionally we ordered several drinks, full bottle of wine, soup, sides, and dessert.
We spent a few hundreds of dollars on dinner and don’t feel the service or food held up. We won’t be returning.

Our server Winston was very good, attentive but not overly. Tuna nachos were fantastic with so much tuna! But the swordfish was the best I’d ever had! Will definitely go back!

We dined here for my birthday. The patio was under construction so it wasn't as it was expected. The ribeye I ordered medium came out medium well. They offered to recook it but I didn't want to wait because my husband would've been done eating by the time it was done. There wasn't any seasoning on the steak at all. I asked the manager for salt and pepper and he never brought it. They took the steak off the bill which was nice, but I would've loved to have had a better steak. I was very underwhelmed by a very expensive restaurant! Probably will not ever return.
Even before I ordered my lunch I noticed the water glass was dirty. When I received my salad I found a long hair in the food. Sent back and received another salad type returned which I did not order. Then my friend at the table also found another long hair in her food. Manager didn't give a satisfactory explanation so we got up and left. Never to return,
Cobalt continues to impress. We regularly take co-workers visiting us from out of town for dinner there and the Cobalt staff always delivers. The food is always top of the line, and the service is too. Last night, we took the opportunity to sit at one of the outside tables and enjoyed the ocean breeze and our dinner! I highly recommend including Cobalt in your dinner plans while in Vero Beach.
Awesome specialty cocktail list and the tuna nachos, calamari, carpacchio, and Caesar dressing were so good. Can't beat the view either.

The Delmonico steak was cooked perfectly medium rare like I ordered. My wife's Prawn was over cooked. It was served with squid ink pasta that was excellent. For such a fine dining restaurant, we were extremely surprised that the bread they served were Hawaiian rolls. Yes, the same Hawaiian rolls that you buy in the grocery store. For a $200 meal, it would have been a nice touch for the sever to pack our take home box for us.
