This place is exceptionally clean and courteous. It was my birthday dinner (which they knew that when I made the reservation) and nothing was mentioned about it. Our waiter Johnathan was good. The Food on the other hand was just Ok for the money. Short Rib Dumplins - Great Lobster Bisque - Great Steak (Delmonico) - Fair- seasoning and cook was perfect, but the tbsp of butter they called “Bone Marrow Butter” was a joke Mashed Potatoes- Fair - smooth and no flavor I may not go back again, sadly

We dined here with our puppy as the patio was dog friendly. We didn't have high expectations due to some low score reviews but we were so wrong! Jenna, our host was outstanding, made us feel comfortable even when our pup has been acting out. And the food - oh my best octopus we ever had! Swordfish and dry aged NY were also amazing. 5 stars!!

Our table wasn't ready until 45 minutes after our reserved time. Then we had to wait 30 minutes between our appetizers and main course to be served. Our waiter just disappeared for half an hour. When the mains finally arrived, my $68 steak was served cold and had to be reheated.

Great place, however I ordered the scallops thinking I would have a great dinner. The dish came with 8 scallops that were delicious, but there were only 8. I left hungry still and wasn't about to pay another $60 for 8 more.

Although it was a chilly day to sit outside, it was sunny and the view there is outstanding! Smash burgers are delicious and our waitress was very nice.

Seafood tower was great, lobster bisque soup like warm, swordfish good, tuna good. When I made reservations I called concierge and asked if they had any live entertainment this week. She said on the 30th every Tuesday they have live entertainment. The real story once we got there was that the live entertainment on Tuesday ended the end of Sept or first of Oct.

We were seated on the outside ocean front patio. Service, food and noise level were all excellent. It was a very relaxing and cozy night. Nothing better than a bottle of wine, good food and the waves washing ashore. I would highly recommend this for a date night or a special occasion. 
Buffet $110 plus added tip for server who only served wine and cleared dirty dishes...food was awful with no nice fish or salad choices..with two glasses of wine $178 for one person..no ambiance for the holiday season..your not Miami!!!

Exceptional outdoor deck experience and standout seafood, but the first hostess's abrupt denial of the outdoor reservation affected the overall impression. We reserved a table for four about three weeks in advance for Christmas brunch at Cobalt and arrived 20 minutes early. The first hostess abruptly denied outdoor deck seating, despite our reservation and preference. After noticing the denial, the second hostess stepped in and immediately offered a deck table, making the seating work. The buffet was excellent, with standout items including the sirloin, shrimp, oysters, crab, and especially the mashed potatoes. Chefs and staff were very friendly. I urge the manager to review the behavior with the first hostess and explain how important first impressions are. And to give credit to the second hostess who quickly responded with good service recovery. Pros: Excellent buffet with standout proteins Standout mashed potatoes Second hostess promptly secured a deck table after recognizing the denial Chefs and staff were very friendly Cons: Abrupt denial of outdoor seating by the first hostess immediately created a disappointment.

Wonderful Christmas brunch. Had an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. Kudos to the chef, the lamb and sautéed clams were so flavorful, the table dipped the bread in the broth. Incredible service by all of the staff. A bit pricey but well worth it.
