The Cobalt was a very beautiful Oceanside restaurant. We sat outside and the ocean breeze was spectacular! Complete ocean view with the north Atlantic clear blue ocean waters to look at. We ordered the omelette any style and the spinach salad. One of our favorite things to have there is their truffle fries however they have changed over the years and we were hard-pressed to taste much truffle at all. Our party of four went for dinner last night to celebrate my dad‘s 83rd birthday. The entire staff, especially our lovely waiter treated my dad like a prince the whole night. we all agreed it was the best meal we ever had. The atmosphere is incredible. Everything about this place is perfect.
We came to dinner Thursday night and had an amazing time- the food was delicious - fries, swordfish, steak with chimichurri, dessert. Jenna was our server and she was absolutely delightful. Definitely will be coming back.
