Went to Cooper’s for Sunday lunch as we had friends in town and wanted to give this place a try. Did not have a good experience unfortunately. Service was extremely slow. Ordered the fish tacos and there was a piece of metal in the taco. When the waiter came by, we told him and he took it to tell the manager and the cook. Waiter came back apologized and said the cook thought the metal came from the fryer. The manager NEVER came by to apologize. We expected to at least have the manager stop by and apologize, comp the fish tacos or maybe give us a desert but absolutely nothing. This has given us a very bad impression of the restaurant and definitely will not go back nor recommend as they have shown they do not care about their customers.
Manager is a brain dead snob. It’s supposed to be fine dining but still looks like and feels like Mr manatees. They just be putting lipstick on a pig at that point. I feel bad for the chef because they menu looks good but I wouldn’t even give this place a chance in hell to even try it. You need more than good food to bring in business.
Welcoming and delicious The New Years was wonderful!
By far the worst establishment I’ve ever wasted my time at. This place had me working for free without my knowledge or consent. Actually still owes me $60 . The food and atmosphere that I provided was not worth it at all. Poor management and overpriced crap served on a plate . Don’t go to coopers crap house !
Great place, used to be more casual as Mr Manatees. Very good, but seemed a little pricey? Park Ave, to be expected; But very good!
Parking: My marina is next door, great location.

First, Farm raised Sebastian oysters on any menu should be a red flag.... I would never eat an oyster out of that river .. Maybe one day if it ever gets clean and healthy the way it used to be years ago...
Came for dinner for the first time and sat on the patio because we had our dog with us. They had happy hour week days from 4-6 and until 5 on weekends I believe. We had the swordfish special, the grouper and risotto, and the Mac and cheese side. All were absolutely delicious. Cocktails were great, as was the service. Portions were just the right size. Some house made dessert options topped it off. You can tell this is a chefs inspired menu and did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

8 of us for appies during Happy Hour on a Thursday. Just about every app was ordered and not a complaint to be heard.. matter of fact it got so quiet at the table except for all the oooo’s and mmm’s. Drinks were well made too and service was fantastic!
Still the same set up as Manatees but the white linen tablecloths are a nice touch. Will definitely be back for appies again during Happy Hour.. maybe stay for dinner next time but tbh we were thrilled (and full) from the delicious appies and cocktails! Most recommended was the sliders and conch fritters.. the fries were good too! Wings, ousters, clams.. everything was fully enjoyed!

First and last time in. I wanted to love this place but it’s just nothing special. Food was mediocre as was the service and ambiance. We ordered 2 entrees, split a calamari appetizer and just drank the bottled water they have at the table, so no booze and the bill came to $135, before tip. Just way too expensive in my opinion for what we got out of the dining experience. There are better choices in and around Vero.

From the start we were welcomed in and hostess settled us in comfortably. We started with a wine and a cocktail. Also Saratoga spring water is complimentary, and the cocktails are great. Our food had every spice and flavor described as menu said. Our server, Steven was the most professional and catering server to a night out with someone you could have asked for. Overall, I'd say the Chop House has became our number one.

Four of us went for a friend's birthday. We sat in the back room, which was quieter than the noisy bar area. Service was extremely disjointed. Birthday boy ordered a medium rare steak and it came out medium well. It went back and the 2nd try was still overcooked, but less bad. The lobster night specials were delicious. $10 for a baked potato? Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and had expected better.
