We split the apple walnut salad which was excellent! Then the fritters which were also excellent. Finally, we had the bolognese and the scallops. You guessed it, both were excellent!!

Always love this place. Owners and staff are excellent, caring and the food never misses. Highly recommended!

We went for our anniversary and the food was absolutely great and the service was excellent We will be back We had another couple with us and everyone was very pleased

We celebrated our anniversary at a new-to-us restaurant and we both enjoyed it. My husband ate his entire plate of baked grouper w crabmeat and risotto. I brought some of mine (seafood linguine dish) home and look forward to leftovers. We were treated to a delicious rich brownie dessert for our celebration! The vibe was dressy casual. And the water views and ambiance were enjoyable. We'll be back for special occasions!

Cooper's is our favorite restaurant in Vero! We were there last night for a beautiful evening. They accommodated our group of nine with a wonderful table with a view. The food (especially the scallops) was delicious, as it has been on our many previous visits. Aiden greeted and served our table with great spirit and style. We will return soon....

My husband and I had a late (2:30pm) lunch last week. We both had the prime rib sandwich. He had fries and I had a salad as our sides. All was delicious. We each took home half a sandwich that we ended up having for dinner. Our waitress was cheerful and responsive. I look forward to returning for dinner.

I recommend 100% percent went there for my anniversary dinner and I will return for sure! Steak was amazing but the service was incredible. It was warm and inviting the music was perfect not to loud and not to quiet. I definitely recommend

Everything we ordered was fabulous! We sat outside on the patio because it was a beautiful evening!

Really should not call this a Chop House. Ordered a combination Filet and Seafood Imperial special. It was ordered to be cooked medium rare. I received it nearly cooked well done. It was inedible. The manager agreed to remove the filet from the bill but I left the restaurant without a full dinner. First impressions were not positive.Also, the special on social media was posted as surf and turf with a center cut filet, with grilled shrimp and a seafood imperial topping. Upon arriving it became a warm water lobster seafood imperial.

Appies were delicious! Perfectly crisp chicken wings and sliders were fantastic but Trevor topped it all off with a delicious NEW signature cocktail.. the Rum Fitz!! Ask for it you will NOT be sorry!! Enjoy!!

Food and service were very good. Prices a bit high, the happy hour does not extend out to the service tables, only to bar service, and is the only thing to complain about.

We had such a wonderful experience
We ordered the oysters ,Frutti del Mare pasta and filet mignon.
Everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh , and each dish exceeded our expectations. The service was also fantastic
Our waitress was attentive and friendly, making the whole evening even more enjoyable.
The owner is amazing as well, which really shows in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, a truly great dining experience highly recommend!

Excellent food all around, fresh and well prepared,and our server, Trevor, was attentive yet unobtrusive. We really enjoyed ourselves and will return for sure. We recommend Cooper's!
