Second visit at Coopers and was not disappointed. The bar made some great flavored martini's, a nice start to a quiet dinner. We tried the deviled egg appetizer for light start. It was unique with a pickle slice and a creamy texture of the filling. For dinner I had the lobster Thermidor which had a generous portion of lobster tail served over creamy potatoes which sounded odd but worked well with the sauce. It was prime rib special night there on Sunday and I asked for a special favor to have it blackened. It was blackened and cooked perfectly! I couldn't have asked for better! The wire was very attentive and just a great guy. We're out here on vacation. Would love to come back here and eat at this restaurant. The next time we come! Great job by all!
Excellent experience at Cooper's. The atmosphere is lovely and staff are very professional and friendly. The menu had just the right amount of selections. The filet was cooked perfectly. Sides were very good. Scallops were on point as well as the risotto. I highly recommend trying abd returning to this wonderful restaurant.
