We did a call in order in which they told us we could pick up our food in 30 minutes. We stood in the store for 1 hour waiting on our order after we got there. I watch people come in, order their food, eat their food, and leave while we were standing there waiting for a pickup order that we called in 30 min. earlier. It was 1 hour and a half from the time we called it in until we finally got it. And when I complained, I was told by a lady who worked there that " I know what to tell you". Without a doubt, this is the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been to.

Used to look forward visiting various locations during our travels but it seems corporate changes are affecting my willingness for future visits. Very limited healthy food options...breakfast oatmeal, gone...lunch sweet potato, gone...probably me too...gone.

I love the ambient of the restaurant and store . The service is really good and I love the American way. Food is really good. The pancakes I absolutely love it.

The hostess is always friendly, no matter how busy it is, the cashier are always so kind and polite. The food is always great and the store has a fabulous assortment of gifts, items fur yourself as well.
My only tiny issue- is no fitting rooms onsite- the lovely staff let me use the restroom to try on a dress.

Dietary restrictions: I have a lot of food issues- the only 2 items I can have on your menu is sourdough bread and your house salad, with only cucumbers- I bring a small container of items I can out in a salad along with my special salad dressing- staff are all wonderful and understand my food sensitivity issues. My husband has lived every meal he has ordered!!!

We normally have a good experience at Cracker Barrel, however, Friday night at the Vero Beach location was a nightmare. They were out of most menu items, including the Friday fish fry, which we were never made aware of. That's unfortunate, but what made things worse was the long wait with zero communication. Will not be going back to this location.

We waited over a half hour to get our food; they were very busy and apparently understaffed. We ended up getting a to go box and the bill as soon as our food was delivered because we had a doctors appointment. Disappointed…
