Host looked depressed, Wait was long to get drinks, food and service. Tables sat un bused by waiters. No information from management and why everything was so bad. Cracker Barrel has gone downhill so much. Came for breakfast but it took until lunch to get our food. Small portions, and food was not good. So sad how bad it has become

I must say that my visit to this particular Cracker Barrel on Saturday, December 27 was the worst I ever experienced. We were seated right away but it took 30 minutes for service to come to our table. When food did arrive, the coffee was cold as was the meal. Also the tables and floors could have been cleaner. Very disappointed

Visited the store only. All done up for Christmas and playing Christmas music. It truly sends you back to yesteryear. Never thought to fancy of the restaurant. but love nostalgia and cracker barrel has a nice nostalgia feel.

We used to frequently come with friends and family but since changes took place it’s just not the same. Service is very slow and the menu is sparse. Food quality is just not the same.

This is definitely going down. Food quality is below par. Had the Louisiana spicy fried chicken and it was a breaded mess. Way too crispy and the chicken was overcooked. Last few times we have left really disappointed
