Out of many items on the menu. No pizza because someone was away, only employee who knows how to make pizza! No A/C, took my sandwich to go. Limited topping like 1 slice of tomato on a whole sub. Asked that some items not be put on whole sub only 1 half and it was a big deal to the person taking the order. Draft beers were all out. You get the feeling they are going out of business.
I’ll find another sandwich shop, not worth the wait or price.

I wanted to like this place so badly, considering one of the girls at the office would wait hours for their food and said how much she loved it. I was disappointed. Is eating corned beef fat a thing? Did I miss that memo that corned beef fat is the new delicacy? I was not aware of this new trend. My Ruben sandwich had not just a little, but full slices of fat where meat should be. Quality control was absent yesterday. The meat I did have tasted like they tried to think a little too far outside the box and forgot to prepare the meat properly. It was extra hard and tough to eat, not your typical corned beef, soft to eat, cut properly, fat rendered off. It was more "grilled" or something. Not exactly sure, I have never butchered corned beef this badly to know what exactly they did. All in all. A no for me Dag.
My co-worker's CLUB sandwich was on a hoagie roll. Key word here is club. Club must be the new hoagie I see too. Maybe we are too old school to eat here. However, there is no excuse for what they did to that poor Ruben sandwich. RIP.

Service was a little slow especially since it was not busy and later in the afternoon. There was just one waitress, so would have given 4-1/2 stars for service if I could. Still, the food was outstanding! We will definitely go back.

My boyfriend daughter and I went there today for lunch. We were there right at 11. When they opened, we were the first ones and it took 45 minutes to get our food. And there was a couple that came in the same time. We did. They got their food before us. And w We're out Like a 1/2 an hour before us. I would rather go to Subway and pay less money and get better service.

It's was pretty awesome. They were out of a lot of things which limited your choices. But still delicious.

Service here was pathetic, total loser energy all around from the staff. Came on my lunch break with some coworkers during the week, and took over an hour to get my Cuban sandwich. All of our food came out at different times, and one in my party waited 10 minutes for their cold cut after everyone else had eventually been served. No apology from any staff. Their only excuse was they had to bake more bread. Bake the bread earlier in the day or let me know your sandwich shop is out of bread before I wait that long. Inexcusable. I guess that’s why you’re 50 years old and serving at a deli.

Dagwood's Deli & Sub Shop always has such great sandwiches but their service has gone down to 0. I called last week, waited for 45 min on hold and no one ever took my order so I was forced to hang up and get food somewhere else. Then today, I called and someone took my order…..she stated, your food will be ready in 30 min for pick up. We get there and she has no record of the order. She says, I can take your order now and you can wait. Ummmm…I work for a living, so unless you can deliver it or give me a discount, I can’t stay to wait 30 min for my order. To which the lady denied they took the order and took no fault in the situation whatsoever. Shame on you Dagwoods! Such good food for such terrible service.

Went to Dagwood's today for lunch.Several things un-nerved me.1. All the tables in this place are hightops. There are no low tops to sit at. I am under 5' tall. I need a step stool to get into these hightop chairs. Strike #1.2. There was nice music playing when we went in. Then the music stopped and a loud mouth sports announcer came on.This continued and was very distracting. No more nice music. Strike #23. I ordered a Reuben sandwich. It was just ok. People were saying how great this sandwich was. I personally was not impressed. The meat was extremely salty. Strike #34. I asked the server if the potato salad was in "the white bucket," which is a purchased salad. She assured me that it was made on the premises. I believed her and ordered it. To my surprise, the potato salad was the purchased brand which is not very good. Strick #4I was not happy when I left. I probably will not be back unless they get low tables to sit at.

Ordered chicken caeser salad, forgot the chicken and then they said they took off the price of the chicken and still charged me $15 for some lettuce, croutons and cheese and dressing. Wasn't that good of a salad. Husband had a good salad with all the fixing cost the same. Think I got screwed.
I'd give em more stars if I could
