After two years of online ordering for delivery to my home, Davila's site now says my address doesn't exist. It suggests the address of the house across the street. I have tried many times to edit the address or try to enter it as a new one but it will not accept my address. Over the past several weeks I've messaged Davila's twice and stopped into the store I've always ordered from. The very nice manager took my information and asked questions about the problem and said she would contact the owner. I have never heard a word from anyone. I shouldn't have to work this hard to continue to be their customer, so I'm not going to any more. I like their food but it's not worth the battle.
Edited to add reply to owner: A few hours after reading your response to my review I did talk to the manager of that store and she said she hadn't heard anything about you expecting a call from me. She said she'd call you. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. The manager has my contact info if you want it but I'm not going to put any more time and effort into this.

I'm glad I read all the reviews before I spend my hard earned money on a restaurant that doesn't take pride with it's quality and quantity of food they serve to their customers. To the owner's of this place, You need to start spending more time here to make sure you're gaining customers and not losing them due to lack of care from employees that really don't wanna be there to begin with, Who think they should get a good paycheck from playing around on their phones rather than taking care of their customers and doing what they're supposed to while at work.

Very comfortable atmosphere, super customer service and very tasty food!
I called in an order for pick up and the employee was so patient with my questions and answered each one . I have been ordering pizza here since I moved here 2 years ago and I love the food here ! It tastes delicious , such good flavor ! The price is worth the food and they offer delivery or sit in . Very attentive staff ! Thanks again Davila for making that great food !
Kid-friendliness: The employees are very caring when a child walks up to order and they are very patient even during busy times and I appreciate that so much . There are a lot of choices for kids at Davila’s ! Give it a try you will never forget and you will be back like I’ve been ever since I tasted the food !

Terrible customer service especially the lady that answers the phone to place an order! Also I’m not sure if they don’t pick up long distance numbers but I’ve been on hold for close to 4 minutes , which no one answered to place my order. After being on hold for eight minutes, this lady gets on the phone and says HOLD? So you mean to tell me to Place an order I have to be on hold for eight minutes and when the lady comes on the phone, she puts me on hold again all of that just threw me off and I will be ordering somewhere else, I get it places are busy however they should be able to have someone with manners and class answer the phone.
In all fairness I’m from Boston and have high pizza standards and this place was no where near what I’m used to. I’ll start with the fact the mushrooms were canned… ??? The white pizza had no flavor and an embarrassing amount of basil or lack of. The crust was a 5/10 and that’s the best thing I can say about this place.

After work I picked up a medium pie a cheese and peperoni from Divila's for dinner as ive done before,cost$15.00. What happened,it was like cardboard with no flavor, hardly any cheese and I thought it was fake peperoni. Very disappointed and will not return.

Davila's Pizza is the real deal! The pizza is amazing and the owner and staff go above and beyond to provide you quality pizza that makes you keep coming back. we recently had a very large order for an office meeting and we requested many different specialty pies including dessert pies that were not on the menu. As much of a headache this may have been for the kitchen, the owner Chris and his team were able to create exactly what we requested and all I can say is, the dessert pies need to be added to the menu. Thank you for making our day!

I’m not really a Pizza fan but yesterday after our staff meeting. We had Davila’s Pizza and it was breathtaking and extraordinary. We had Cannoli Dessert Pizza and much more . Truly amazing… Thank you ?
