I ordered a pizza on 10/4. When I got back to work I called this location and told the guy the answered the phone they forgot to put a topping on my pizza. He stated that he would give me a free pizza and all I had to do was give the store my phone number. Today I called the store and a guy answered (I should have gotten his name). I explained the above situation and he said there was no information attached to my phone number or any note left saying I was to receive a free pizza. He asked what I ordered I told him. He then state my last order was in August I told him no it was not and I have the receipt from 10/ 4. He said he does care and proceed to be very rude would not let me speak. I hung up. I will not be ordering anything else from this location or Dominos very poor customer service attached my receipt.

Ordered a single large pizza and got an ETA that the driver was en route but 45 minutes out??
I live 3 minutes from the store and they stopped on the opposite side of the city first... got a refund and won't use them again

I ordered a baked pasta with Italian sausage and a garden salad. My pasta had NO SAUCE and was a toddler size portion. I called the pizzeria and spoke to a manger, manager K. She was no help and advised me to go to the website to formally make a complaint. I did so, via AI, and was not assisted. I will go to another establishment before I spend my money at/with Domino's.

I was refused to even place an order for delivery he tells me their an hour back up and hung up the phone on me.

Ordered two pizzas the wait wasn't too long to pick up which I appreciate it however one of the pizzas was missing the toppings realized this of course after I got home call the store best they could tell me was if I brought the pizza back they would just go ahead and throw those missing toppings on top of there for me not exactly what I wanted to hear

House full of friends, $75.00 worth of absolute cardboard, dry, nasty pizza. Definitely the worst pizza we’ve ever had.

I called 35 minutes ahead to place an order kept being put on hold I finally made it to the location standing in the window being put on hold three people in there laughing and joking and not doing much of anything and I live 5 minutes away and I always order there it's just like the fifth time this has happened wow that's what you get for hiring high School grads with no management under them

I don’t know why this place has only 3 stars. I come here all the time as I work close and the workers are always friendly, it’s always clean in there and the food is consistently great. I’ve done delivery several times too and they’re always on time and friendly.

Service is not always good, especially when you order car side, never comes out within the 2 minutes and always have to call inside or go in, if your company offers car side, someone should be in charge of making sure you get your food in time and hot!
