I Ordered a dozen donuts and a box of Joe through the app. I went in 30 minutes later and they did not have my order. When the drive through guy didn’t have any customers he got my order together. He was complaining that there were only two of them working. I told him I was sorry about that but wanted what I had paid for over 30 minutes before. If I had not already paid I would have left. There was another customer that was waiting for their coffee that said the delay was making them late for work. They either need to hire more people or not accept orders through the app. Also employees should not try to make customers feel bad for asking for what they paid for. They act like they are doing you a favor. From now on the bagel store across the street will get my money! By the way this was not the first time this happened. I gave them a second chance.

Honestly, one of the better Dunkin’s in Vero! The staff is often friendly. My drinks are made correctly every time. This is the one closest to my house so I’m here at least once a week. There are definitely times where the drive through is very long and I see people leave. The wait is typically because of food items and not the workers fault since I rarely ever see people just standing around. Hear me out, no weird smell & doesn’t smell dirty too, which is a huge plus. The place feels clean and updated. It’s a small Dunkin with limited seating & parking, but overall a fine establishment.
Parking: The parking is definitely a little tight. With a couple spots in the front which you have to be careful of since the drive through comes out of. And some on the side. Not too bad for a small store.

I happen to be a general manager, and if I found out my crew were closing the store. An hour early all the time I wouldn't be too pleased. I showed up at the store at 7 o'clock today. You were closed. This is happening way too often. What's going on with your crew? You might want to check-in. You're losing money
