Gave them so many chances , skim milk is not whole milk , matcha is not moca old burnt coffee . It’s not worth the money for the wait and it still be wrong . Left with a whole milk mess. Was the last time back to my wawa!

Staff is excellent. Food is good. Manager's policy is garbage.Forgot to order 12 donut holes, and was told I'd have to go through the line a second time because they couldn't add it at the window.Why?New policy.By the time we finished our little back-and-forth, the staff could've grabbed the holes & I would've been on my way.I understand why you wouldn't want to take orders at the window. Nothing worse than someone ordering for their whole office building after they forgot.However, I find it ridiculous to flop on such an easy judgement call.Remember, one negative experience has a greater impact than one positive experience.Good luck next time!

I went through the drive-thru this morning. I have "Holiday Brain" and drove off without my coffee. Very much my own fault...I called the store and the manager confirmed I did leave without the coffee. She offered to bring it to me at my job (which she did). She is always so friendly and made this scattered brained lady very happy this morning! The great coffee and excellent customer service I always receive from this particular Dunkin keeps me coming back! Thank you so very much!

This is my “go-to” Dunkin’!!The Donuts are always fresh, my coffee is always consistently delicious, and they always have a smile on their faces. Absolutely the best customer service! And if you haven’t already tried the blueberry munchkins, you are really missing out! ?

We go to Dunkin almost daily for coffee. The service is good except sometimes the wait in the drive thru is long due to people ordering food or special drinks. I gave a lower star rating for that reason. It would be nice if they limited the drive thru for coffee and donuts only.
