They don't pay attention to the counter at all. If you're not going through drive thru, expect to be ignored. Even if you DO go through the drive thru, their service is still unbelievably slow. Hire for staff, what you have is terrible. This seems to be the standard for DD around, the other one down the road does the same thing...

This place is going down hill fast. The last 3 times I have been here,the food was wrong the coffee has been wrong they dont give u any napkins or straws. And every employee is miserable. Management needs to step it up!!

This used to be my go-to Dunkin. I just left there for the fourth time this week with a crappily-made drink. I don’t know if the workers here are colorblind or what, but when I order a latte with an extra shot of espresso, the coffee should be dark in color, not white like milk. They also get the flavors wrong. Also gave me the wrong coffee order yesterday. Slow down.

i used to come here pretty often since its super close but lately everything i get from there is not even worth going, i came in today and i got a breakfast sandwich and the bacon was completely raw it was disgusting, i asked for sausage added onto the sandwich and they charged me but didnt add it, so i went back and politely told them that they messed up my order, they then continued to ask me for the same sandwich back, put it back into the oven and gave me a burnt sandwich with a piece of sausage this time. horrible experience & a waste of my time 😂 everytime i order i have to remind them to please make sure my bacon is extra done cause they’ll just throw it on there raw and call it a day, randomly putting honey and different ingredients in drinks that don’t consist of those certain ingredients. just completely went downhill.

MULTIPLE TIMES!!! when I order a latte with oatmilk WHY would you put both milk and oatmilk? You rush through my order and mess it up. Not a single I’m sorry or anything. Slow down listen and make the drink the right way please. Mess ups happen but this is consistent and there is no remorse

I've been coming to this location everyday for the last few months it's been open. First couple months where amazing! However now I go inside to place my order and literally have to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even show face let alone take my order. Pretty sad needs better management bad! I'll be sticking to the dunkin on 20th near Walmart now. Really didn't want to make this post but the service is unacceptable. Absolutely horrible. Sad sad sad

I would love to rate it with 5 stars but I dont know if the chicken has been changed in the past year, but it's no where near as good as it has been in the past. And not just this location. But all of them, leading me to believe they started using a different brand or distributor. However everything else is on point everytime. Friendly workers that try hard to serve you as quickly as possible.
