I have been going to this Dunkin for A long time! I don’t know what’s happening?? The inside is closed by 6 or 6:30. If you come to the store between 7 and 8 you will be lucky to get service at all!!! Then the one person cleaning sweeps the garbage Outside and never cleaned it up!!! I almost said something but I held my tongue.

They don't pay attention to the counter at all. If you're not going through drive thru, expect to be ignored. This seems to be the standard for DD around, the other one down the road does the same thing...

Sometimes the people are nice, but they literally always forget to put espresso In my lattes and I just end up with milk and sugar and it ruins my day. I wouldn’t make this review if it were the first time that happened it’s happened at LEAST 10 times since I’ve moved to vero. Don’t waste your money you won’t get any coffee, just sugar milk. Like they actually forget the espresso it’s not just too sweet.

They completely ignore the lobby customers. Waited 20 minutes before they took my order. Same person took at least a half dozen drive thru orders as I went and took a seat. Then they were almost completely out of bread. Only a Bagel was available and only 1 plain. This place is being run atrociously
