For what seems like the last year it as though the iced coffee tastes burnt anytime we get it at this location and it’s really bugging me that we drive across town to the other location because the coffee is just bad now please look into this maybe a bad machine.

I ordered my usual double shot latte when the new guy made it, was visible that there wasn't an extra shot. I told him he assured me there was. And refused to fix it even tho I offered to pay... which I should have. My man chase came around and I showed him my lattee he immediately fixed it for me. Chase, you da man. And that's why I always make sure to leave ya a tip.

Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was perfect this morning. The right amount of crisp and softness. Iced coffee was a little on the stronger side, and I prefer that. Has browns were mid, but the sandwich really hit the spot before a long drive home at 6 in the morning. Service was fast.

I've been to this location in the past. I have done drive thru and it goes ok unless they mess up the order which has happened. Unfortunately there is no close by fast food places to where I live besides this dunkin and McDonald's, which at the rate they are going they both need lots of improvement. I forgot my wallet at home and my son really wanted a donut on way to take him to school after dropping his sissy off at daycare so I ordered online and WAS going to pick up through drive thru. I wasn't able to get into the drive thru due to it being wrapped around the building and the drive thru there is quite tight for a larger vehicle such as a truck which I drive. I went in the lobby instead to get the order. The lady at the register gave me the donuts from my order and told me to wait down at other end for the other half which was hot sandwiches and hashbrowns. I stood there for about 10 to 15 mins thinking they sre making it and it would be ready soon. Nope, the lady refused to tell me she didn't know where my order was after having me waiting than when she did find it she started then having it made. All because of lack of communication between these workers. This could of been avoided. It's truly disappointing. As a mother your already exhausted and overwhelmed. Morning are not always easy so when we stop for we expect fast, convenient and good food. You won't get that here. The food I was given was just thrown in the bag so has browns everywhere and taste nasty, didn't even eat them. The sandwiches were not good either. They would be better off having robots do their jobs. People would probably leave more satisfied
