Everybody works in slow motion at this place if you’re in a hurry, don’t come here😼

If you have a doctor's appointment or anywhere to be, don't come here. You will miss the appointment with how slow this location is. I come here frequently, I wait MINIMUM 15 minutes, even when I'm the only one there. This morning my daughter had a dentist appointment at 10:30 in Melbourne. I left my house at 9:30 to get my coffee before going to the appointment. There were 2 cars in front of me, I got my coffee order by 9:55...got to her appointment with 2 minutes to spare. You'd think I would have learned by now, but I guess not.

I ordered a holiday cookie signature latte and a chocolate sprinkle donut after waiting at the front for 5 minutes. However, I cannot blame the worker because they were very understaffed. There's was a total of 1-2 people working. Food was good though.

black girl with an afro started getting attitude with me because they don’t know how to make drinks right after having us sit 30 minutes in the drive thru for mid drinks… we went in to get a refund and i placed an order for a different HOT drink and they gave us the iced version despite the label saying HOT latte… when we went back in girl with the afro starting giving attitude asking “what’s wrong now”. maybe do ur job right, finally a kind young man remade the correct drink as the manager and rude ho ahh employee argued over their incompetence.

There was a mistake with my app and many extra drinks were ordered. I didn’t need a refund but simply asked the lady to just give me 2 of the 6 and give away the others. She looked at me and said No, I am not doing that. This isn’t my fault. Then she forced the drinks out the window where they spilled on my floor. I will NEVER again visit this location. The one on US 1 has kind employees. Clearly being kind to other people is something she knows nothing about.

worst dunkin i have ever been to. they don’t know what they are doing. waited over 20 minutes for my food that they had sitting in the back getting cold instead of in the mobile order pickup where it was supposed to be. not a single apology or any accountability. instead i got an attitude even though i did not complain when i should’ve! just do your job! what a waste of time and money. drive down a few more minutes to the dunkin on us1, it’s worth it.

I put in a mobile order for the drive through. When we arrived, it took about 10 minutes for each car to go through. Three cars in front of me, so it took 30 minutes to get to the speaker. At the window, they gave us our order and walked away from the window. I look through the bags and am not surprised, half our order is missing. 5minutes later they come back to the window, "are you guys missing anything"? Gave them the list and they disappeared for another 5 minutes. Came back and handed us the bags. Still missing an item. "Oh we don't have that". Proceeded for another several minutes trying to figure out what to replace it with. Start leaving the drive through, oh there's three Dunkin employees hanging out in the parking lot. Maybe that's why it was taking so long? Will absolutely not be coming back to this Dunkin.

Most inconsistent Dunkin’ Donuts in history. Only received 3/4 items I ordered and paid for. Missing donut.
Snackin bacon isn’t sweet it’s just bacon. Bring it back and they give you another bag of plain regular bacon. With an attitude. Super understaffed. And they are annoyed to even speak to you. Waste of money. It is a guarantee it won’t be right. Drive to us one. It’s right every time.

My coffee was sour and not sweet ??and I got the avocado toast was bad too egg wasn’t cooked all the way the bacon was burnt asffff and the pit so much seasoning on it it tasted like there was beach sand on my meal horriable experience I recon the Dunkin in Sebastian us1

Standing room only all the time no chairs to sit down too small. It’s inside a gas station. It’s way too small bump into people and they’re getting the orders mixed up with other people. If they’re the same name, they get them mixed up and the attitude attitude is whatever whatever whatever.

Vegetarian options: Dunkin’ Donuts they make donuts they make coffee they sell sandwiches they have bagels. A lot of vegetarians left there.

Parking: The Dunkin’ Donuts is inside a gas station so you’re kind of jockeying for four spaces at our front or three spaces that are on the side or six spaces that are closer to the road and that’s it
