They gave me coffee when I ask for hot chocolate and implied that I was fat by giving me more munchkins they are highly rude, I truly didn’t do anything but order a delivery. Never ordering from here again.

Asked for an iced cappuccino with xtra sugar.what I got was not that she put an xtra shot of expresso, which I do not ask for so it was way too strong. And then some kind of artificial sweetener that tasted like caramel, not the first time that this place has fallen short for me 15 minutes of waiting.
And nothing to show for it, that's the second chance.I will not be back. I recommend going to the dunkin' donuts on u s one in sebastian.They make it right every time

Terrible experience two days in a row, if I could give it a no stars I would. Will not be returning. The sweet tea I bought yesterday was terrible it tasted off like it was bad and the specialty coffee today I can't even finish because it tastes so bad. Absolutely will wait to go to Starbucks for now on.

Amy was extremely rude and not welcoming. I ordered a dozen donuts when asking for two French curler Donuts she told me if it's not in the case we don't have it. I finished ordering my Donuts and at the end I notified her that the French curler basket was labeled was still in the case; She actually made me show her where it was. I ordered quite a few things and when I asked her for a bag she she seem inconvenienced and upset. Amy rushed to the back to go get me a bag kind of put my Donuts in their lopsided and tossed my milk in on the top. She then said your coffee is at the end. I asked about my creamer, which another employee had to get because Amy forgot, so After another young woman helped me with the coffee and extra creamer that Amy never got me I was walking away from the from the counter and I could overhear Amy talking about me. I turned around and said to the employee she was talking to that I could hear and other customers could hear what she was saying about me. I took my items out to my car and return to the store to find out her name. I was quietly asking the employee to give me her name and Amy began yelling across the store her name over and over again approximately 3 to 4 times. I come to your store all the time I am a teacher and order Donuts frequently for my staff. I am in your store all the time and Amy was extremely rude and her behavior was unacceptable. Your case of donuts was almost completely empty and Amy made it feel like it was my fault when I asked her for a donut that was in the back of your store. Amy was working and talking EXTREMELY FAST almost at an ABNORMAL SPEED and is rude.

If you don’t like your job just don’t work there you are not obligated to do so he made my drink wrong and he seemed so unkind I grabbed what he gave me and walked away I didn’t want to waste my time I asked for munchkins but he never asked which one I wanted and was going to fill it up with which ever one

I stop here often. Usually the customer service is lacking. There is one female that is always nice and greets you with a smile. The older gentleman is extremely grumpy. He will not even speak when you speak to him. Today it was a young man with long brown hair who dropped his hat in someone's cup of ice, constantly kept running his fingers through his hair, touching his face, with absolutely no motivation. Usually I can deal with the lack of customer service, but today I walked out.

Upon arriving for breakfast, we encountered a significant issue with the menu screen, rendering it unusable and causing confusion among customers. The staff member responsible for taking orders was also visibly overwhelmed and lacked the necessary knowledge to assist us effectively. Consequently, we were unable to complete our order accurately, resulting in missing several items.
The communication device employed at the establishment was inadequate, necessitating an additional order at the window. Despite these shortcomings, the food quality was satisfactory, although the coffee was disappointing. The hash browns, which are typically well-regarded at this establishment, were unfortunately burnt and lacked flavor.
Overall, our experience at this location was unsatisfactory from beginning to end.

No longer quick like it was last year. Granted more people now live in this area. However, they should add more to staff to front counter and drive-thru to accomodate the extra business. I try to get in here before 6:30 am and never have to wait. Timing is everything.

Can never get out of here with a coffee in a reasonable amount of time. I order 1 coffee every time and it always takes at least 20 minutes for anyone to even take my order.
