The worst Dunkin ever.I went for lunch on Friday to just get one sandwich and 1 coffee. I placed my order on the app less than 3 minutes before getting in the drive-through line. I had 1 car in front of me, and it still somehow took 35 minutes to get up to the window. Once I arrived at the window, they handed me a melted coffee and a cold breakfast sandwich. I asked if they would please mind reheating the sanwhich for me. The girl said yes, walked back and I heard a man yell. The man then came up to the window and asked if I was the one who asked for the reheated food. He then raised his voice at me that it's my fault for placing an order online, and I should expect my food to be this way. I told him I'd been waiting in the line for 35 minutes and had not expected that, and all I wanted was for my food not to be cold. He then started to yell at me, and I cut him off to ask if he was the manager or if he had a right to be speaking to me that way. He then slammed the drive-through window and left. The girl came back with my food and looked mortified. I asked for a manager but there wasn't one on duty. I called customer service and was told the GM would call me, but it has now been almost 48 hours with no call. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will never go back.Update: It has now been over 10 days without any contact from the owner or GM

This is NOT right off the highway. There were two people waiting on their food and myself when I walked in two ladies at the counter and they were overwhelmed. Also, bagels weren’t available and few donut selection. Its Wednesday at 9:30 ?

We got one sparkd, churro Latte and churro donut. The sparkd drink was fine, but the coffee felt off as soon as it was handed to us. It was 1/2 full. And that wasn't even beginning. We sat at the speaker for a good 20 minutes. While they did a shift change.Then we got up to the window, and the lady got our donut in her hand, having a whole conversation with another employee about calling somebody doing this and that instead Attending to her customers handed it to us. The donut was dry and stale. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

This store has been terrible for me. I waited 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order. I finally had to leave since no one seem to be interested in delivering my coffee that I ordered.This is not the first time I’ve had slow service here, but the first time I’ve had nonexistent service.

Trashy Dunkin, used to be the go to dunkin in the area but employees have got horrible and don’t make drinks worth paying for anymore. I waited to leave this review until I’ve had 4 bad drinks from them.

Absolutely rudest people, specially an older lady who was making coffee and an older man who was taking orders. They talked about a customer as he was standing there and even was complaining about the customer while handing his coffee to him and continued to try to talk about him to another customer. Just completely rude impatient, and immature behavior.

It took ONE hour to get my order complete. It was just 4 donuts, one cheese bagel and a bagel with eggs.There was only a few people waiting so i dont get why they took so long to get it all together.
Went to pick up our order of 5 coffees. 4 cold 1 hot. They were not stirred,my dad's coffee was cold. I let the girl at the drive through window know and her response was "they were stirred and they had been sitting there a bit" with an attitude. I have never had an employee not stir my coffee after i let them know it wasnt. I have never had an employee serve me cold coffee when it was supposed to be hot. She could have easily said sorry ,stir the coffees and give my dad a fresh cup of hot coffee. Her name was bell or Bella. When I go to get my coffee I will literally leave the line if she is at the window

Service is insanely slow better off just driving the extra 5 miles to the dunkin in sebastian. There is no line the past two times I've gone I waited in line for 20 minutes with no one taking my order (I was the only person in line) so i left. This last go around it was took me 20 minutes just to get a bagel and coffee.
