This has to be the best fast food breakfast place I have ever been to. The staff were extremely attentive and personable with me. I sat down to eat and do some work and noticed that they are so kind to everyone that walks into the restaurant. I hope everyone decides to check it out here and I wish them the best!

One star for bad food. Both of our breakfast bagel sandwiches were not tasty. I thought this place was supposed to be higher quality, but I’d place it lower than Dunkin and Brooklyn for a meat/egg bagel sandwich.
Service was fine. Inside was clean but tacky.

Terrible burnt smell in this facility. I have gone there a few times and it never changes. In desperate need of better ventilation!!!! Also, a pile of swept up stuff near the prep area that staff needed to step on,. This place could use an overhaul or better management!

We ordered the brunch for two, and they literally just threw my spinach Florentine bagel, of which I paid extra for into the bag. It was the biggest most disgusting sloppy mess with cream cheese everywhere except for on the bagel. Literally no cream cheese on the bagel I also asked for it to be toasted and it was not toasted at all. Also the hash brown casserole looked crisp down the outside but the shredded potatoes on the inside were literally raw. I also called the store after I placed my online order to ask them to please cut my bagel in half as we were sharing it, and the lady didn't answer the phone hung up on me. I will not be going back, if I weren't in a hurry because we ordered it to go I would have gone back in and showed them everything right then and there..
1BEST Mocha latte..better than Dunkin' and Starbucks, and cheaper, too! Only issue is a constant lack of communication between ordering and pick-up...having to wait for the drinks - all the time.

We are from out of town and came here for breakfast. Owning a company myself, I love to see efficient processes and people working hard. This establishment was so well run by the manager, extremely busy but orders taken fast, out even faster. You can tell this manager goes above and beyond his job description, I hate that I didn’t get his name to leave in the review but it was nov 29th at 10 am.
