I ordered 1 sesame seed bagel toasted with onion & chive smear plus 1 plain Bagel toasted with plain smear I ended up getting the smears reversed and couldn't tell if it was toasted!

I sensed something was off on my first bite and then realized the Lox was spoiled. Pretty sure the health department would have issue with this so I’m hoping for a response from corporate asap. I wasn’t provided a receipt. 10/19 @ 11:30

Was great a few years ago. A bit dirty, food not made to order, slow service and it was not busy. Coffee watered down, I know coffee has gone up, but I would pay more for a good cup. I used to really like this place. Too bad.
Food, service & atmosphere is great. Using the app, not so much. We were offered to download and use the app while we were at the drive thru window. But taking the receipt and entering it into the app is not possible without jumping thru hoops. Einstein is pushing online ordering. So our first big order wasn’t recognized. And if you pay cash, you’re on your own also. I get it though, don’t pay cash and don’t order at the window. And it looks as if you want to use your card, you have to preload into an Einstein account. The ground rules are getting harder and harder instead of easier as time goes by.

This has to be the best fast food breakfast place I have ever been to. The staff were extremely attentive and personable with me. I sat down to eat and do some work and noticed that they are so kind to everyone that walks into the restaurant. I hope everyone decides to check it out here and I wish them the best!
