Hello foodiesThere’s always a long line you’re always waiting at least five minutes to get an order or you order a toasted bagel and it comes out not toasted. I think the company needs to reevaluate more functional system.

The food is really good! However nearly every single time I’ve places an order for delivery it’s been wrong. I order the same thing everyday, two cinnamon bagels. One with regular cream cheese and one with strawberry. Often times I’ll get the wrong bagel, or two bagels with plain cream cheese or two with strawberry. If they could pay a little more attention to what the order entails it would make the experience so much better. Be careful door dashing from this place

Every order something is wrong. Today I ordered twice from this location. First time both bagels I had ordered had plain cream cheese- one was supposed to be strawberry. Tried the same order again, and now it’s strawberry for both. Order was one with plain and one with strawberry. These people don’t pay attention. Horrible service! I’m sick of having this happen every time I order food from here. Some decent management would go a long way! I’m all for mistakes once in a while but every attempt to order I make to have something messed up is just absurd.

My husband picked our food and drinks up and ordered me a sweet tea and the garden avocado sandwich, my tea didn’t have any sugar in it and my sandwich was missing the avocado, so it just had an egg and spinach and tomatoes on it. Was really looking forward to it before, probably not gonna bother wasting money or time there again. This isn’t the first time.
