Fire And Wine Reviews
High quality fine dining in a semi speakeasy spot. In a Winn Dixie parking lot under a sign that reads diner we had the most fantastic meal! We ordered the ahi tuna app, sea bass with ferro and wild mushrooms, and the most tender pork ribeye. Everything was exceptional!

Fire And Wine is a unique and creative restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. The menu features a range of innovative dishes, including a TV dinner served on a round silver plate with compartments, featuring trout over risotto and covered with crab meat, as well as a delicious salmon dish served with yams in a delicious sauce. The restaurant also serves old-fashioned buttermilk biscuits, though they were a bit salty. The ambiance inside feels European and quiet, creating an intimate atmosphere that makes for a 5-star dining experience hidden behind the door.
The menu includes a fresh Ahi Tuna appetizer served on a spicy slaw, a Spanish-style soup with chorizo and grilled monkfish, and a pork ribeye with a Tuscan glaze. Desserts such as French toast bread pudding and a butterscotch tart are highly praised. Diners who sit at the chef's counter can enjoy watching the chefs’ fluid movements, which is described as a symphony to the eyes.
Overall, Fire And Wine is considered a hidden gem, offering exceptional food quality, taste, and selection. The owners go out of their way to ensure guests feel well taken care of, often checking in to ask how everything is. Many guests find the food and service to be among the best in the area, making it a place worth returning to for a memorable meal.
