We loved visiting First Watch, from Pittsburgh, PA. The food was outstanding and the service was so great and kind. We were there around breakfast. Highly recommend their mixed juices, really terrific.

The quality of food has gone downhill. I had the Benedict super runny hollandaise with zero flavor. Some potatoes were cooked some were not were for the side. My friend opted for the tossed greens instead of potato and it looked like a pile of Spring Mix from Publix. The bloody Mary’s were so sour. No rim on the glass. They weren’t even really busy.

I had it delivered and it was in trash less than 5 min. The waffle was burned and hard as a rock. The potatoes undercooked and the bacon inedible with the cup of syrup poured over it. My dog wouldn’t even it it. I paid 40 bucks for this crap. I attempted calling the restaurant and got no one. Never again.

We love First Watch and come here with our kids and order Farmhouse every time. This time, we ordered 2 farmhouse and kids menu with eggs and bacon. We have 2 kids, and the waitress asked me if I wanted the fruits, I said yes. She brought one egg and 2 small fruit bowls. I asked about bacon, and she said she forgot it and brought the bacon, and she said she misunderstood what I said. She thought I wanted 2 fruits instead of bacon. And she said she has to take one of the fruit bowls?!!! I'm like ok take it then. I never heard or saw in any place that you took something of the customers' table. Whatever comes to the table stays on the table. It's insane. I talked with the manager, and he told me it's company's policy. If they bring an extra plate, they have to take it and throw it away? You took 5 pieces of fruit from the child's plate and threw them away? This is unbelievable. They brought our food with bad avocados, too. Check the photos. It's unbelievable. It was the worst experience. They ruined our breakfast. I wish I could give zero stars.
