Three years ago, I was surprised with a beautiful birthday cake, that actually tasted delicious! Since then, every year, I have been trying to get a cake done for my daughter in return, and every time that I reached out weeks in advance, one year I got no response at all, and then the next year I was told that the bakery would be closed, which my daughter’s birthday is on Nov. 25th. So this year, I decided to try again, 6 weeks early, reached out October 10th, 5 days later, no message from Instagram or the email that’s provided, I also called multiple times, no answer or voicemail… At this point, I would just be driving a couple hours further to get a cake from someone else, I would not attempt with this bakery anymore, and do not recommend, very poor customer service! Not even a courtesy response to say that they can’t do it!

I heard about frosting when I was looking for Custom cake decorating. I recently just placed an order and I would have to say this is totally my own fault. I asked for a lemon filled cake. Except what I got was a lemon flavored frosting cake. With no filler. I’ll give the experience another Try. this time with maybe strawberry filled cake. The shop only takes online or direct phone calls for Orders. The storefront is actually closed since COVID-19. I truly hope that they open up someday to the public.

I initially tried looking all over Vero to find the best custom cake that actually tasted as good as it looked, and Ashlee at Frosting did just that! She first started with my baby shower cake in 2023, then did my son's 1st birthday in 2024. And we just started the year with this beautiful cake for my grandmothers 80th birthday. Ashlee has such a creative mind that I let her know what I want and she makes it beautifully and tasting amazing!

I have been here a couple years before and was satisfied. 2/14/25 Walk-in. I Bought a variety of cupcakes for Valentine's They looked very good. She was very nice and helpful. But a few of the cupcakes were past the fresh date. Taste 6/10 Presentation 10/10 Service 9/10

Terrible customer service, phone number does not work and no voicemail! Tried to arrange a custom birthday party cake a month in advance. Would call daily at different times to try to get a hold of anyone and never did. Finally got a response by email which gave scattered info. Tried to pay in advance and confirm details and was always met with short replies that did not answer my questions or allow me to connect with them outside of email to pay. Finally gave up and went with another company as they tried to call me the day before the event! I understand not being available all the time by phone but no voicemail? Unacceptable for a business.

we love frosting. we look forward to all of their creations for birthdays, holiday parties & more. everything is always so flavorful & delicious and fresh! we’ve been coming here for years & the staff is so kind and friendly.
My sister and I have made MULTIPLE attempts for 2 weeks to receive quotes from Frosting with no assistance/replies whatsoever. We made phone calls for days in a row, but no answer. We submitted a quote request via their website but no reply. AND messaged them via Facebook Messenger and, again, no reply!The phone number is not disconnected in anyway as the phone continues to dial and then hangs up after about 10 rings.We tried our best to receive service from this wonderfully, rated business, but they have failed us to provide us their service. We are very disappointed.
