Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

We were a group of four at 6:30 to 7:30 PM, a total of 10 individuals around the servicer grill. I was seated at one end of the table, the servicer would start at the other end servicing out the rice, noodles providing the other group a large portion and I got a small portion. I did not say anything bad to the servicer or give him a bad look. Every portion I received was very small compared to the other groups individuals. What food I received was good. My wife and friends made comments that I got the short end of the food, that I should say something, I didn't because I did not want to cause a scene.

I have been eating here since they opened and always had a very good meal. However, I decided to order takeout this time and my meal was awful. The chicken was cut up in tiny cubes and very overcooked hard and not edible. The noodles were pastie and all stuck together. The only thing that was good was the soup and salad. I will never do takeout there again.

We absolutely love Fujiyama. We found them a couple years ago. Unfortunately, we don't live in the area, but every time we are in the vicinity, we make sure to stop.
Today we went 20 minutes out of our way to have lunch. This may sound wrong, but we love their crab rangoons and General Gso chicken. Their hibachi and sushi are delicious too.
The service is always perfect.
Highly recommend.

Went out last night with my girl I got the steak n lobster. I thought it was odd that the guy cooked the lobster fast and first bite of the lobster i had my stomach was getting tight didn't finish my plate I gave 1 piece to my girl and the whole night my stomach was hurting n gasy woke up next morning puking n shitting my brains out my girl woke up sick ? now I'll never come back here again a waste of 80 bucks I usually had great time when I go n the food was on point an wanted to show her the restaurant cause it didn't disappoint till yesterday . I just think this man needs some lessons on cooking lobster don't know if it was bad or if he didn't wash it or simply didn't cook it properly. I mean the damn shrimp was on the grill longer then the lobster .

I went there today for lunch with a friend. Service was just ok. The server was forgetful.
The hibachi chicken was subpar. The rice was flavorless as was the chicken. Vegetables were ok. There was no spaghetti served with the lunch menu. The whole meal was disappointing and flavorless!
I sure hope this was a fluke, because if not, this place will go down fast!
It will be a while before I go back.

First time visiting Fujiyama. It was a Friday evening around 6pm. No wait and we were seated right away. Sat at the hibachi section. The menu is huge. I decided to order the filet mignon lobster scallops and shrimp for 49.95. I highly recommend this platter. Everything was delicious. The service was prompt, professional, and friendly. Plenty of room in the restaurant. Lots of parking in the shopping center. Will definitely return in the future.
