So disappointed today in eggs Benedict usually the food is outstanding didn't even adjust ou check after being told the food was not right so didn't get to eat my meal

I happened upon this restaurant and, boy, am I happy I stopped in!!! The food was fresh and flavorful and the service was great! I highly recommend checking this place out.

So.... I was taking my mamma 2 the doc in this little plaza and I noticed this Cafe in the corner while I was waiting on mom. I was greeted immediately by a server named sailor Lilly and Jennifer. Both very vibrant. Full of friendliness and very quick 2 want to help.I was not expecting this kind of feel in a little busy Cafe. It was around lunch time and I reviewed the menu I wanted breakfast and that's what I got the most delicious scrambled eggs with fresh avocado and a side of grits. Yum yum. The cook was the owner and I could just see the passion for his cooking and taste it as well. Very pleased and will be returning thanks guys hope the Cafe succeeds. Vero would most definitely be missing a great place to unwind and eat if they didn't have you guys.

Called in for a pick up, grouper basket was ready on arrival. Was only a pick up order but Sarah saw that I stopped outside at one of there spotless table’s. My hunger hit hard and and the food smelled so tasty, it was gonna make it home. She came and checked on me and ran in for some requested extra tartar sauce. Impressed by the food, impressed by the service then Sarah takes time to escort an elderly couple to a table and assist with the menu, 10 minutes before closing! It’s rare to see this level of dedication so just want to give a shout out to Sarah, the kitchen help and proprietors.I’ll definitely return and recommend Scratch Gritt

I had heard some very complimentary comments about Grit Scratch. And the comments were so true! I love this spot now for either breakfast or lunch. The grouper Rueben was over the top delicious. Salads are fresh and plentiful. French fries are outstanding. And Jen is just about the best waitress I’ve ever seen. Our new favorite place.

We found this amazing place!! You definitely need to go. Excellent service and the owner is a great chef! The best fried chicken and waffle.!! Avocado toast is very good home fries are insane.!! 5 stars is not

Best little hidden gem. Mike was wonderful, excellent service and the food was delicious. The portions are huge, I could only eat a third of what was served, I only wish you were open on weekends so my husband could join me the next time.

Food is good but wouldn’t let me order at 1:38. Sad I’m starving and just wanted a burger. Just say you close at 1:30 instead of 2:00.

So good! My first time visiting and everything was fresh and delicious. Our favorites were the fried green tomato eggs benedict, the make your own omelet and the sweet potato waffle fries- the latter comes with some kind of magical bbq sauce and is just amazing. Will definitely be back.

I found this while waiting for my daughter to see the endondist. Great scratch kitchen, food was very fresh, very good service, nice atmosphere and outdoor seating. I will definitely come back!

On my way to a Dr’s Office, I stopped in and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Poached eggs, Smoked Gouda Grits, Soft Bacon and a huge Southern Biscuit, which I took home for later. Excellent.
