Food is mediocre , floor is sticky, whole place smells like rancid beer. Service girls have an attitude. Last time we will ever eat at a hurricanes ever!

take out food was poorly prepared. servers acted as if doing their job was the end of the world. stood at front waiting for service and was just looked at . had to ask for help for them to acknowledge me.

This place was so under staffed and no manager in sight. I spent close to hundred dollars for 3 people on the worst outing

Had a To Go order of about $65 and the food was terrible. My food tasted like it had been seating for 30 mins. I've had fast food taste better. Not fair!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING TAKEOUT!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Monday, July 29th around 7pm:
Called the restaurant to place a to-go dinner order, I was told I would be placed on a brief hold and patiently waited. After about 20 minutes on hold, I decided to drive to the restaurant so I could place my order in-person. When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw that the phone was literally off of the hook and I was still on hold on my cell phone for over 30 minutes at this point. I had to wait another 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged at the front and could place my order. Note that there were only 5 other tables sat and a handful of people at the bar, it wasn’t a busy night so I’m not sure what the issue was. What should’ve took 30 minutes tops, turned into an over 1 hour ordeal. The food was ok, but definitely not worth the hassle.
Side note: The temperature in the restaurant was very hot and uncomfortable, I was glad that my order was to-go.

Management, what’s going on with this restaurant?!

Just went in today and it was the absolute worst service I ever had. My girl friend and I, ordered an, appetizer. Asked for, sour cream. "Ya sure"
Apparently whatever, was going on in the back was way to important to deal with us. There was, one other table. Not even busy. I had to get up, to go look for our waitress. Gone. No where to be found. (This was about 15 min) Then our main food came. I was a little bit aggravated at this point. Put my food to the side. Didn't come over to see how we were doing until about, 30 min later. You can obviously see that, neither one of us, touched our food. When she did come over, to ask how everything was. I did mention that, we had asked for things that, was never brought over, also, our appetizer was cold (nachos) the cheese wasn't melted, etc. Not a huge deal. We can bring them home and heat them up. When told about what she didn't bring, she laughed and said my fault. She took the nachos and went into the back. Now, if you're counting with me. 2 entrees and 1 appetizer would be, 3 items. I asked for 3 boxes. Apparently, she took the nachos into the back, to show the cook. Never brought them back. Nachos were gone lol. I think, we both had, 5 chips outta the whole thing. She took off 10 bucks. The nachos were 13.99. that math, don't add up! Maybe it was only this one time. We had another lady, once before and she was fantastic. Extremely disappointed.

Make sure to check your to go orders. They will rob you blind. Paid an extra $5 for this side of fries and coleslaw and this is all the fries they gave me. Absolutely horrible service. I know they wouldn’t of done this in my face in the restaurant, just did it because I was to go. Trash establishment, try Phats chicken next door.

Ordered a pick up order and what an awful experience that’s was. Pick up time scheduled for 12:30 and was not ready until 1. Fish and chips missing tarter sauce, scrawny chicken fingers sent with wrong dressing, tropical mahi missing the salsa altogether, boneless wings made into a meal and missing the meal altogether, quesadillas missing the sour cream, and all drinks missing from order. After spending $100 plus and tipping we should have kept our original idea of 14 Bones. Save yourself the heartache and order where staff is attentive to their own menu. We were greatly gifted 20 percent off of our order though and instead paid $96 for tasteless food.

Service was terrible spent over an hour waiting on food then several parties that came in after us got they're food before us. Only saw our waitress twice the whole time...
