Krystal is always on point. She is so welcoming and helpful. Never have to ask for anything when she is on duty. This IHOP is lovely but our server Krystal makes it amazing - every single visit.

On Christmas 🎄 night, we came to one of the only places open, and as you can imagine, it was packed with a 40–50 minute wait. Despite the long, exhausting day, our server Krystal truly came through. She greeted us with smiles, patience, and positive energy, and never once let the stress show. Her service was bright, attentive, and made our night feel special. Huge thank you to Krystal for turning a long Christmas night into a great experience! ✨
