After doing a little treasure hunting at the beach, a buddy and I were looking for a bite to eat that was close. Jersey Mike's came up in the conversation so we thought we would check it out.
To be frank, the place was a little cramped (I'm glad that we ordered to go) and busy, with the food being about average. My buddy got an Italian sub (he said it was okay), and I got the roast beef, which was actually a little below average, this with the toppings being a little sparse. I had asked for it to be heated, but it came to me just a little warm. It's a chain store located in a strip mall, so what can you expect? Oh well, what are you going to do? The employees were friendly though, and that does count for something. I think though that next time I will just stick with my favorite, privately owned sandwich shop.

I had Jersey Mike’s for the first time today (7/25/25), and wow—I finally understand the hype. I’ve had hundreds of Pub subs and more than a couple dozen Jimmy John’s, but this one? This one hit different.
The bread was soft—but not too soft. It had that just-right chew with a light layer of cornmeal on the bottom that added the perfect touch. The turkey was incredibly moist, and don’t even get me started on that red pepper relish—I could honestly bathe in it. It’s that good.
The gentleman slicing the meat (wish I’d caught his name!) made my first visit even better. As soon as I said it was my first time, he offered suggestions, walked me through some fan favorites, and made me feel completely at ease. His kindness and enthusiasm stood out.
When I looked at the fresh toppings lined up in the case, I didn’t hesitate—I knew exactly what I wanted. And when I finally took that first bite, it wasn’t just lunch—it was a revelation.
You’ve officially gained a lifelong customer. I'm all in, Jersey Mike’s—consider me officially hooked.

They certainly need customer service training when people are trying to decide what they want on their food quit trying to interrupt them and decide for them employees are out of control at this location

Food is good… but definitely One star for the unprofessional behavior of the manager. He cursed at a customer. Not only was this incredibly disrespectful, but it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any setting and certainly not something I expected to witness.

Ordered lunch online. Was really looking forward to a Snickerdoodle cookie. It looked like it had been in the bottom of a box that had been forgotten since the 90's. I've been to deserts with more moisture than this "soft & chewy" dessert. I would imagine a cactus and a camel offering this thing a drink. I guess this is the new normal since being purchased by the biggest corporation removing the American Dream of home ownership and forcing this country back to the stone age. But I digress, guess I can just go to Jimmy John's from now on. I would say that Jared place, but since you still get that reference, I'll pass on corporate sponsored illegal activity. I wish business owners would just go back to opening their own shops instead of franchising their hard work away. Here have a cookie, I'll pass...

Food was delicious
This is our favorite place to go for lunch! My husband had the new pastrami sub and he loved it. I had provolone and turkey in a bowl with lettuce and tomatoes and it was delicious. Everything’s so fresh and the staff is so friendly and accommodating!

Absolutely amazing performance. Our staff member/cook was fantastic. Prompt, quick, and moved with urgency as it seemed she was working alone. Incredible work by Nya all around. Worked clean, efficient, and maintained composure and was still incredibly hospitable.

Asked for Mike's way and was told it is usually for cold subs, yes but I happen to like my cheesesteak that way even if it's unusual. Next time I will insist on it. Otherwise it was awesome as usual ?

The people making the sandwiches there, obviously NEVER eat the sandwiches that they make. If they did they would ease up on thier “ juicy “ theme.. You get home with your Sub to find a drenched sopping wet sandwich that has an inedible dripping, wet sponge for a roll.. They wouldnt know a Jersey/South Philly sub if they ate one and they sure cant make one. ?? on this place.. Try other Jersey Mikes est.. not this one..
