I had lunch here yesterday at the Jersey Mike’s on 1225 US-1 in Vero Beach and ordered my usual Mike’s Famous Philly, which is my go-to sub. I’ve eaten this exact sandwich at Jersey Mike’s locations in many states due to frequent travel, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Jersey Mike’s.
There was barely any meat on the sub—maybe five small pieces total. The sandwich was completely flat, and for the first time ever after eating a regular Jersey Mike’s sub, I was still hungry. Normally this sandwich is filling and loaded; this one felt more like Subway than Jersey Mike’s.
I honestly felt ripped off. Thanks for the bread—but not much inside it. How cheap can you be with customers? This is not what Jersey Mike’s is known for, and it was a huge disappointment.
I will not be returning, would never recommend this location, and I make a better Philly cheesesteak at home. This franchise location clearly needs serious improvement, and corporate should take a close look at what’s happening here. Stay away from this location. Go elsewhere.

Don’t order online!! I ordered a chipotle cheese steak mikes way add bacon got nothing the way I ordered. Even got charged for bacon for no bacon

Been buying subs from here for years..ordered Thursday Sept 24th and each quarter of the sub had one wadded up piece of ham and one piece of turkey..and two pieces of bacon for the entire sub.very dissatisfied. Ordered one without oregano and salt...both came that way. Will have to open them up and check them out before we leave ...if we ever go back.

Every time I order online they always end up getting it wrong, missing a side or don’t completely do it mikes way. I some times go to the other vero location to get better service. It’s kinda ridiculous.
Be prepared for your club sub to NOT have bacon. It never fails...

The sandwiches at this location are exceptionally well-made and taste better than any others I've tried, thanks to the fresh ingredients and careful preparation.
