If I could give it less than a one I would this is the second time that I came here at 10:30 and you close at 11:00 and no one is in the store most places that close at 11:00 have people there till 11:00 very inconsiderate

Soggy undercooked chicken and annoyed staff, worst kfc I ever ordered from. Signage light at the road wasn’t turned on after dark which I believe was intentional so the customers will think they are closed,unbelievable!!!

I have ordered today a family tender meal at this kfc the chashier of that small food store was very very unfriendly to me and my dad.
When i asked the young women 1, 2 questions fore the food on the foodbaord she didn't show it to me and also she didn't gave me a correct answer to my questions, her voice was also going to be loud to me!!
I will never ever come back again in that kfc store!!

Ordered door dash from KFC. Made two orders: 1: Three piece all white crispy with two sides and drink. 2. Two piece all white original with one side and drink. We received between the two orders: one breast, three thighs, and a drumstick all Original plus our sides and drinks. What makes me question everything is door dash was almost to my house when they canceled the order and due to wrong order made or shipped. Another order was shipped (we never saw the first). This order was the one described above and had a sticker stating "double checked for accuracy ". What a joke. I do not blame door dash because they're receipt had the right order. Not KFC'S best day. ** Tried to call the KFC number online but busy signal the three times I called within an hour** We will try to return to Vero Beach store tomorrow.
Ok, drive thru got , again.... ordered half a dozen biscuits, which i paid for a dozen but gave me 6... with no receipt , ugh.... check them and don't be in a rush...

It's 2:24 p.m. on Tuesday September 10 and this girl at the window just now she definitely did me dirty at the drive-thru it was obvious that I was confused about the nuggets that she had already sold me on somehow or another she took it really personal and sent me out the drive-thru with nothing at least she tried I had to ask for so many different things and she said if I was nicer she would have done it ?
Fast food is going down the toilet. They just can't deliver quality products. Had there highly touted saucy nuggets. Nuggets were stale and dry, and instead of nuggets dripping with sauce, I got packets of dipping sauce.

Called in at 10.52 at night hoping for chicken after a day at disney and the place was all locked up when it stated they shut at 12. There was an employee jus playing with her phone by the counter when we arrived then she made a sharp exit out then back when she see us arrive. Losing business must be the game here
