Currently waiting in ky order here and it says to pick up in lobby, sign clearly states lobby close at 11 it is currently 10:04. Staff seem to juts be hanging out behind the counter chatting. Went through drive through and they said to it will be another 15 mins an I need to park and wait then come back in 15 mins. Very unprofessional staff.

This place is slipping BIG TIME. We walked in to see a lady standing at the counter saying “excuse me “ multiple times to three workers who were on their cell phones with their backs turned. Then another comes bursting through from the back of the store. That whole experience was blankly shocking. KFC food was VERY bland this trip, The honey sauce could not save the biscuits this time. The chicken was soggy and the gravy was lacking some MAJOR flavor.

I'm only giving them a one star because I just went through the drive-thru and I wanted to add a small coleslaw and a lady told me I'd have to go around and order it again,, all she had to do was reach in the refrigerator and grab it,, I would say that's poor customer service I will never come there again

Bought a 2 and 3 piece meal…when did they decide no coleslaw!! The colonel would be very disappointed with his chicken. Dark fatty meat.

I ordered the new bbq wings , but i was given something totally different, but I also witnessed behavior that raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. One of the employees behind the counter was repeatedly coughing into her hands and did not wash them afterward. Despite this, she continued handling food and preparing customer orders without wearing gloves or taking any visible sanitary precautions.
In light of ongoing health concerns and basic food safety standards, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. It shows a lack of training or enforcement of proper hygiene protocols, which puts customers at unnecessary risk.
I hope this issue will be addressed promptly. I urge you to ensure all staff are following health and safety guidelines, including regular hand washing, wearing gloves when handling food, and maintaining a clean working environment. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could follow up regarding how this matter will be resolved.

Horrible. I ordered an 8 piece saucy nuggets and thats what i got. My meal came with fries and didnt receive any. My bf got fries too and only got half of the box of fries not even visually full. I used to work at taco bell as manager and I know what visually full looks like and that was not even half visually full. It was 10 when we ordered it so they had plenty of time before closing to get this order right. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered the Famous Bowl combo with Tea - out of tea so ordered a Sprite. Ordered a #1 with French fries - out of French fries so I had to get mashed potatoes, no tea so I had to get Pepsi. Ordered a cookie - had no cookies. Got to the window...got the Pepsi and no Sprite. Where is the sprite? The girl told me I said I didn't want it. Ummm, never said that. Just drove off at that point. They didn't care and they just didn't want to cook fries or make tea. It was before 10:00pm so they had a while to close. Will not go here again.

The food came out as ordered and very hot (as expected). We made an online order. It took us 15-20 minutes to get there. Once there, we waited for 25 minutes for the food to come out. Everyone there was waiting a long time. The staff was working hard the whole time. I just don't know why it took so long. Need to fix that.

If I could give it less than a one I would this is the second time that I came here at 10:30 and you close at 11:00 and no one is in the store most places that close at 11:00 have people there till 11:00 very inconsiderate

Soggy undercooked chicken and annoyed staff, worst kfc I ever ordered from. Signage light at the road wasn’t turned on after dark which I believe was intentional so the customers will think they are closed,unbelievable!!!
