The kilwin's tracks are god sent. I always order two scoops whenever I am in the area lol. The price is reasonable for what you get, friendly staff, and they are fast when serving. Appreciate you!

What happened to this place? I came in to check out the new ice cream ahead of a planned visit with my family on Sunday night. Not only was I not greeted, but I was immediately met with loud, inappropriate, and downright disgusting language coming from two younger Hispanic girls. I tried to ignore it, but the behavior was so unacceptable that I couldn’t stand to stay any longer. I left and will not be returning. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I expect better from any business that serves families.

The best place not to have a coffee.
The worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the worst part is that when I politely approached the girl to tell her that the coffee she used for the cappuccino seemed to be American coffee—when of course, I had ordered a cappuccino expecting it to be made with espresso—she simply said, “that’s how it is,” and that was it.

Sometimes it’s not just about the product itself, but about the people we choose to work for us and represent our brand.

I absolutely loved this chocolate shop! The place was spotless and so beautifully kept, which made the whole experience even sweeter. The chocolates were rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious - you can tell a lot of care goes into making them. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making it such a warm and enjoyable visit. Prices are outrageous. A 1 scoop Ice Cream sunday shouldn't cost $13. But shame on me for thinking it would have been around $8 before ordering. Prices are hard to find.

As for a beautiful walk on the beach. A nice cup of fresh ice cream was in order. Huge display case of your favorite flavors. We think it’s the finest ice cream around.

We went with my Family to get ice cream at 9:40 pm since is the only ice cream place open until 10pm. This is a tourist area. I had my nephews and family from out of town and the young lady at the cashier was so rude and so racist. She literally in less than a minute kept asking me what can I get you repeatedly like 4 times with a terrible face and some kind of tone. She slam the ice cream cup in the counter and I decided to leave and not to give them my business!!!! The ambience was so toxic and with bad attitude. If the hours and the staff are not happy operating until 10pm than take it up with you freaking owner and no with the tourist. The worse customer experience of my entire life!!!! Rude, nasty and bad attitude. If I was the owner I will fire them all! No business for you!

It's a bit pricey, but the ice cream is superb. I've had their key lime pie ice cream, and their raspberry sorbetto, both were amazing. My son loves a flavor called blue moon, that he ordered both times we went. The staff was friendly, and with the inside and outside seating areas, there's a place to fit any mood.
They also have a large selection of fudges, brittles, and gourmet chocolates.

One star for cleanliness and staff.
