We love Kilwins and their ice cream, but the service was disappointing at this location. We seemed to be inconveniencing the staff that were working and they charged us for more than we ordered. When my husband pointed that out, the cashier (who had apparently lost her voice and couldn’t talk) was annoyed. There was no one in line behind us, and they weren’t busy.
Most delicious ice cream cone I have had in a long time, tried a couple of other flavors and could barely decide. Chocolates looked good as well as other sweets and candies. I do recommend to make the line, it goes by fast !
Staff is really nice and very friendly! Smiles all the way around from everyone there and they were so helpful!! Ice cream was delicious and the chocolates were to die for. 10/10 recommend this place!!!
