Had the best little work-lunch escape at La Tabla on Royal Palm Pointe today and I can’t stop thinking about it. Such good vibes, and the food was next-level fresh. I had the ahi poke bowl (so good!) and this super refreshing avocado cucumber dill gazpacho that honestly surprised me — light, healthy, and full of flavor.

What made it even better was that the owner, Santiago, took our order. He’s from Argentina and was just the kindest, most genuine person — the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. You can really feel the love and care they pour into the place.

If you’re ever in Vero and craving something fresh and healthy, definitely go check them out. 🌿 I’m already daydreaming about a possible La Tabla x surfboard collab someday… how rad would that be? 🏄‍♀️🎨

The organic coffee and matcha were fantastic! The quesadilla was absolutely amazing, overheard the owner saying he does not use canola oil and likes using good oils.

The owner is passionate about bringing great food that is healthy to our Beach community. The staff has great customer service! A wonderful spot to grab breakfast and lunch!

Excellent ingredients, Excellent food

Amazing food. Organic, super high quality and DELICIOUS!! We are very health conscious and concerned about quality of food. We have not found anything like this locally. Santiago the owner was so friendly and kind. The entire staff was very happy to serve us and made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. The juices were amazing. Everything even down to the oat milk lattes was second to none! You won’t be disappointed! Come and sit at La Tabla!

Small unique place serving mediocre food, small portions, coffee wasn't that good, juice is bla, vegetable flavored water, grilled cheese bread is decent (came from a bag, not home made) but cheese is cheap, salad was good, extremely small, empanada (1 small) tasted like re-heated from frozen, canned corn, little meat, not fresh at all.. definitely not home made.. so much potential to have good stuff and serves this unimpressive store bought food.. 40 bucks for two. Went and got tacos after.

Santiago is amazing. ate at pure vida down here in Miami and was disappointed. La tabla is Fresh, Tasty and healthy. god bless
